Hi all,
Just looking for a bit of advice. I'm currently 5 weeks into my first cycle which is 500mg ew sustanon 250 injected Monday and Thursday I'll be running this for 14 weeks. I'm starting to see gains and have already put on over 14lbs, I feel fuller but am still not really feeling any difference in strength. I carry about 25% body fat which has dropped from about 27% since I started this cycle. I am looking to potentially add clen to my cycle as I want to look leaner however I'm struggling to fit cardio in and I'll admit I'm a little lazy and hate it. I know minimal about it other than what I can find on google which is basically (great fat burner). I would be grateful for any advice on wether or not this is a good move or not and if so dosages/cycle length and when to add in.

You don't need fat burners. At this point some cardio and a solid diet will help you drop fat better and faster than anything.
What is your current diet?
Training routine?

At 25%.. a good old fashion cardio and diet would do the trick.. many think AAS usage and clen, DNP, etc is the magic pill to weight lost and massive gains.. But once they're off-guess what? The weights comes back with a vengeance and the "gains" vanish.. because their training and diet was not on point!
 
You honestly don't even need cardio to lose weight. It sure as hell helps a lot, but as long as you're in a caloric deficit you'll lose weight.

And I recommend albuterol over clen. Clen does have a slight edge over albuterol but with more harsh sides.

I'm avoiding single day split sessions so:
Monday and Thursday - shoulders/chest and tris, Tuesday and Friday - back/bis and legs
Wednesday - abs/core
Sat/Sun - rest

My diet is pretty clean too:
Porridge with whole grain oats and honey for breakfast made with whole milk
2 30g shakes a day done with water
Generally either 500g chicken breast or portions portions are with skin
Snack on 100g peanuts or protein bar
For tea it's generally something such as spaghetti bologna see or enchiladas and on Saturday whatever I feel like.
Before bed a casein shake made with whole milk.
Strictly no alcohol, chocolate or added sugar.
 
First off you need to find out your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) or at least a rough estimate of it. This is pretty much how many calories you need to maintain. The easy way is a TDEE calculator. You can find them all over the internet.

Then you need to subtract about 500 calories from your TDEE. With or without cardio you'll be in a caloric deficit and lose weight.

To track your calories and macros get myfitnesspal and input everything you eat. You'll have to be religious about it weighing out everything with no cheating.

Follow those tips and the weight will shed right off. No gear or pills needed.
 
Cheers guys, much appreciated advice. Seems I'm going about it okay so far then, would rather keep some of the gains and avoid unwanted weight gain post cycle so I'll follow the advice rather than resorting to something that isn't really needed.
 
Clen on 25% BF? Madness your weight? height? you are probably already putting enough stress on your body, being that fat, don't exaggerate using stimulant. Diet and exercise will do wonder.

AAS are not magic pills, if you are fat before using, on aas you will be just a BIGGER fat person.
Trust me, I started at 13% BF my first cycle and I was looking fucking great! INcreased size and lost even 1-2% of bf.
Did a stupid thing during PCT because I was scared of losing the muscle mass, so I did overeat a bit to much and got at around 16-17%.

Next cycle I started bulking at 17% and got around 20%. I was looking like shit, almost like I was not even lifting. Heavier... SURE, Bigger.... SURE. Better? NO FUCKING WAY.

So get down that BF, especially because at high BF sides are much more strong and dangerous.
 
I'm 6ft 4 and 17stone. I've been keeping a picture log and the fat is coming off at a decent rate. It's my hips and stomach that I'm not seeing as much of a difference on, hence considering the clen. Will this come off quite easily if I continue to eat clean and train hard?

There is a solid chance that estrogen is not working in your favor here.
Those are usually the last places that fat leaves. Stick with it.

Agreed. Clen doesn't work like many people seem to believe...plus, if you are insisting on going that route use T-2 instead.

Right off the bat there should be no AAS used. 27% bf is way too high to start a cycle brother. Diet diet diet diet and lift weights really fast and then cardio. The potential estrogen side effects can be huge with that much bf. IMO there is no need for any anabolic use until you get to 14-16%bf tops. You could use clen but honestly if you get to know macros, tdee and carb cycling you'll get killer results with that and no gear use whatsoever. And I'm sure if you wanted help the people here will help put something together for you
