Haha I think what you mean is your injecting 0.75ml primo, 0.75ml Deca and 1.5ml test every four days. That is not the same as 750mg/750mg/1500mg. That would likely be 125mg primo, 225mg deca, 375mg test.

assuming 100mg/ml, 300mg/ml, and 250mg/ml.
Per week 131mg primo, 394 deca, 656mg test. That's still a heavy 2nd cycle. At 190, you should be putting on weight each week. If you're only a vegetarian and not vegan, it should still be easy. Eating more will cause the growth to come. HGH is better served for older guys, and people eating so much they're gaining fat.

Sure whey beats any single source plant-based protein, but the blends are fine. No one eats just one food to get their protein anyway.

I switched from whey to pea protein because Whey is relatively high in saturated fat by comparison.

Just gotta get pea protein that isn’t from China because it’s probably grown in toxic sludge.

Whey protein powders are usually very low fat. Maybe 1 g fat for 20-25 g protein. Some are fat-free. Not hard to find or more expensive.

They’re not “high” in fat, just high relative to pea protein. If I was of the belief that saturated fat wasn’t unhealthy I’d be using whey still. But the gram or so less saturated fat I get with a serving of pea protein is a small change worth making.

The lower sugar is a bonus, too.

I can also dodge the hormones from milk. I’m trading it for phytoestrogens, but I’m more scared of being forced to take an array of bio identical hormones than a plant SERM
