Concerns over presumably bad [or not] gear

It was my own fault Iris, first time I leave a backloaded pin on my window sill.. I see it the next day and decided to take the shot, antibiotics and surgical removal..

Second was a vial that had been laying around 6months maybe.. I think to myself hmm iv not had Tren for a while let's start this.. Big mistake and again antibiotics and surgical removal..

The pain is worse having the abscess even clothes rubbing was agonising, after surgery I didn't even bother with painkillers.. Having the wounds packed for the next 10-14 days is probably the worst part but it's 10 mins of your day having it prodded..
I’m assuming not brewed by you. This to me is case in point for proper home brewing. In theory at least.

Who's the vendor? Others may have some stashed too that they can check and see if it's had the same issue. I'd trash it tho man not worth it especially since you're on a Immunosuppression drug. Just my two cents.
Sasquatch labs, from before he stopped giving regular test results and exit scammed. Would be nice to have that information, but I don't think he was one of the bigger vendors to begin with and this was back in the SST days.
Could the way the vials were stored have caused some of the damage, or would it have happened regardless, maybe because the vials were of low quality?
Honestly, I think it was the quality of the vials from the get-go. I store my stuff inside of a double layer of plastic and inside a drawer. My home is central-air controlled year round, so hardly a humid haven for bacterial proliferation. Furthermore, vials from a couple of other vendors did not see this issue while also sitting in the same location for several years, even the ones that were already opened.
After reading far more about a topic I would've been safely isolated from if the internet didn't exist, I also know some of the liquid may not be something as "naturally" dangerous as water saturated with bacteria.

It could some of the 30+ chemicals like plastisizers and mold releasers and anti-oxidants all used to make manufacturing those bromobutyl stoppers easier, separating out over time and dripping into the gear.

It's all as vile as it sounds, and the equivalent of dipping your syringe into a vat of the chemical soup being mixed to make a truck tire.
At this point, since I'm stuck waiting for and need to collect and order a number of items whether I'm re-filtering or making something anew, I'm looking at seeing if I can't just make a new batch in general. I use Stanford Pharma now, and while I'm very happy with the guy there's no telling when he may throw in the towel, just like anyone else. Nothing wrong with learning something new here, and this forum has a lot of information on the topic. Furthermore, my hesitancy and fear towards there being something awry with the gear is only being exacerbated by the testimonies here, and I have no desire to become the example for others of what not to do.

I appreciate everyone's replies.
