Einstein. I'm trying to fix a diet but it's hard. For example, I suppose I can't associate any longer stewed fish with carbs because there are fats in fish. Do you really think I can assimilate 70 g proteins ; I thought that above 30 g it was transformed into fat or shit (I have bigger shits when I get much proteins). Will 3600 calories be enough ? To get many calories I'll have to get far more fat : olive oil, canola oil, nut oil ; won't it be harmful to get so much. Do I have to respect a % of fat, carbs, proteins for the day ?

hey Einy....sorry for hijacking this thread...i need some help...what would the "countermeasures" be to use in this cycle...

1g sus250/week
150mg anadrol/day
600mg deca/week
5iu jino/ed 2 1/2 IU....twice/day

the sus250, deca and jino will be ran for 12 weeks....anadrol for 8-10 weeks....is nolva enough....what do u recommend?

You're welcome toughbody ; I'm ashamed I transformed thid thread in a dialogue between Einstein and me. It's no hijacking, it's an open mail ; actually I'd be interested in these countermeasures because I've done a similar cycle, for 6 weeks and I didn't get as much as I expected, far from it. I'd like to know what was wrong.

Einstein, could you please give me the diet you're following ? That would help me building my own diet. If you wrote on it already, please tell me where I could read it. I don't want to waste your time.

pre-workout meal : 100g raw oats (= 11 g prots, 62 g carbs), 30 g whey powder, 20 g glutamine, 10 g BCAAs

post-workout liquid meal :
10 IU humalog + 40 g honey in water, 20 g glutamine, 20 g BCAAs
10 mn later : 30 g whey powder

solid meal (lunch or dinner) starts an hour later. Question is it imperative to start one hour later ? Is sooner or later so bad ?

to use cyp for only ~30 day period isn't going to do nearly what prop would do during the same period.....cyp will be getting to peak plasma levels about week 4, which means everything up to that point will be a plasma "build up period". You'll also have to adjust pct start time to ~18 days after your last cyp injection, otherwise you'll still have sufficient test levels to suppress HPTA, even while using clomid.

You mentioned that you need carbs early in the day because you're using insulin....that's my point....look at it the other way, you'll need little to no Humalog early on IF you're not taking in carbs at that time.

As for training abs, i train them everyday, and I never use weighted excercises, as this gives tight, defined abs, with less mass, and therefore a smaller waistline and more dramatic V taper and profile.

Here is a thread that has a rough outline of the type of diet I'm referring to. Although he refers to it as a cutting diet, it can be a bulking diet as well, simply be maintaining the same proportions but increasing the quantities and thus taking in a caloric surplus with respect to each 24hr period

I'd definitely be using cabergoline with this, as both the anadrol and deca will contribute to elevating prolactin levels. Even though you have plenty of test with it, which is dopaminergic, you'd still have the antidopaminergic effects of prolactin, so reducing that will yield even better neuromuscular response.

I use 0.5mg of cabergoline E4D

I'd start at .25-1/3mg/day of adex and 10-20mg/day of nolva (on the lower end of each) and adjust up from there, first by upping nolva, then if necessary, adjusting adex too. Ideally, you'll use as small of a dose as possible, yet enough. Too many factors contribute to the dosage to actually put a solid number to it that would apply to everyone. I'd run the cycle a minimum of 12 weeks, since the sust and deca both contain primarily longer esters. I'd be really careful running drol at that dose for that long

Cabaseril is cheaper than cabergoline/dostinex and is exactely the same thing, but is is for another desease that needs cheap drugs.

Einstein, I'm sorry but I've got 10 more questions about my diet :

1) You like ALA. I'm getting 500 mg 3xD plus avandia and I get more and more fat. Maybe my sources are no good (www. theministryoffitness.com from Ireland for ALA ; avandiaonline). I got biotine, but I discontinued it , should I resume ?
Would D-pinitol be worth it ?

2) Is arginine interesting. I bought some and intend to get 5-10 mg/D. Can I get it with T4/T3 ("on an empty stomach")

3) 3 % sugars and 3 % fat in whey proteins : any problem for separating fat from carbs ?

4) I've seen on a diabetis site that proteins esp. beef can give an insulin spike. I suppose I need insulin to assimilate it. What will happen if I get prots without insulin ?

5) I've been told that no more than 30 g prots every 2 hours can be assimilated? What will happen if I'm getting 70 g !!

6) Fat before going to bed ? Won't fat be stored ?

7) What about having a meal (or two) in the middle of the night ; I'm getting up twice every night, no problem. What should it be ? prots with carbs ? prots with fat ? prots only ?

8) When exactly should I start my first solid meal after liquid pwo meal. When should I be finished (it's a problem for me because I need longer than an hour to eat my meal ; I'm not feeling hungry, esp. after squats, and I eat very slowly)

9) You writes that L-glutamine will fight with whey glutamine peptides to be assimilated, after wo. I haven't seen glutamine peptides mentioned on whey protein boxes

10) Is honey as good as dextrose + maltodextirne for pwo ?
