Controlling High BP.

I dont donate blood. Will that help BP?

Yes It can help but really depends on the cause of high bp. When on cycle it can increase RBC (red blood cell count) making blood thicker which will make it more difficult to pump through ur veins n increasing bp. U really should donate before cycle to prevent this. If your hematocrit (percentage of red blood cells in blood) is above a certain range u will not be allowed to donate blood.

Another good med that I think people on TRT should consider is Doxazosin.

It helps the prostate - helps control Benign Prostate Hyperplasia - has pulled down my PSA to 1.0 (it was close to 4).

It also has a BP reducing effect.

I take 1mg per day.

Whats the best way to control blood pressure thats test related? Will excess estrogen cause bp to go up significantly?
1 Check hematocrit. Donate blood if needed.

2 For moderately high BP, Telmisartan rocks. It both lowers BP and leans you out a bit, without dieting or wasting muscle.

3 For nasty BP (i.e. from high dose Tren) only beta-blockers like Atenolol can lower it.
It calms and cools you down. Start slow 12.5 mg as it can drop your BP too low from excessive dosages.

4 ORAL Minoxidil can lower BP due to vasodilation and its proven to regrow hair!
Start slow 5 mg ED or so. Too high a dose can cause tachycardia.

5 Estrogen actually dilates blood vessels and lowers BP a bit.

Cialis can slightly lower bp but I read recently that studies have shown that it takes a rather high dose around 40mg to show any significant effect.

i believe it's due to vasodilation, but don't quote me on that. ;)
That's exactly why bro. But taking Cialis or any prescribed vasodilator or nitrate before working out can be very dangerous. It can cause rapid vasodilation leading to hypotension and your BP bottoming out. Which can cause severe dizziness and fainting. Not something you want at the gym.

my bp can be 180 over 100 and if I take 20 mg Cialis the next day it will be 135 over 80.
I took 40 mg one time my blood pressure went down to 90 over 55 I went to the ER.

It will of course effect everyone differently n can depend on a multitude of other factors. Taking aspirin can reduce bp a few points or have the opposite effect.

Why hasn't anyone mentioned water? This is the best thing to thin blood out.

Ensure you are getting adequate amounts of water intake daily.

Personally, I don't feel taking medication for blood pressure is the answer. Take one thing (aas) then have to take more medication to counter the sides?

Personally there is many natural sources that help lower blood pressure.

What I take daily is 10grams of l-argenine
4 grams of l-citruline
600mg magnesium ( and if you aren't supplementing with magnesium anyways you are really cheating yourself. )

And of course I drink ginger and green tea daily.

My blood pressure remains at 110/ 70 this is taken 3 times per day for a few selected random days out of the week.

A final note: my blood pressure used to be 140/85 constantly years ago until I decided to do something about it. But I've never taken a medication product to fix the underlying issue since medication only masks the underlying issue.
