1 Check hematocrit. Donate blood if needed.
2 For moderately high BP, Telmisartan rocks. It both lowers BP and leans you out a bit, without dieting or wasting muscle.
3 For nasty BP (i.e. from high dose Tren) only beta-blockers like Atenolol can lower it.
It calms and cools you down. Start slow 12.5 mg as it can drop your BP too low from excessive dosages.
4 ORAL Minoxidil can lower BP due to vasodilation and its proven to regrow hair!
Start slow 5 mg ED or so. Too high a dose can cause tachycardia.
5 Estrogen actually dilates blood vessels and lowers BP a bit.
