Could low dose DNP 100mg ED be effective for performance?

As opposed to the normal 250-500mg dose, could one still perform optimally in a cut with just 100mg? Does this dose interfere with anabolism/protein synthesis?

You will not perform optimally on dnp, but the lower the dose of course the better you can train. Some guys can operate pretty well with 125MGs in their system and not even feel it for the most part. If you're looking for dnp benefits in a cut, and don't want to sacrifice any performance its likely not a drug for you. Its all a balance. But like they said, microdosing dnp just isn't practical. If you're gonna run it, do it, and than get it out of your system. I'd say best practice is to run it no longer than 14 days, and keep doses Conservative.

What’s the point in lifting during those 2 weeks if the body can no longer recover and protein synthesis stops?
 
still train, but limit your workouts to 3x a week, short and not to failure.
On DNP it is easy to overtrain your system/muscles which would lead to your body canibalizing your muscle tissue for energy.
Also, dont overdo the cardio. Your body is already stressed with the heat dissipation etc. Limit your cardio to walking in the outside while it is pretty cold.

you know, DNP is not as dangerous etc. as all do you you follow some simple rules
(no overdosing, staying away from intense heat like direct sun, bathtubs, steamroom etc..,drinking drinking drinking+electrolytes, dont overdo it in the gym, ...)
also, you wont lose muscle if you dont go balls to the walls for 3-4 weeks, dont worry about that.
 
then imagine how you would grow without DNP

No joke I’m doing cardio twice a day. Stair master level 2 for 45 minutes each session. Not high at all but can retain lbm better that way.

Morning cardio
Afternoon lift
Evening cardio
X5 a week, mild deficit though not extreme
 
and you sure your DNP is real?
how many days are you in your DNp run?
For me, there would be no way to endure this extreme volume with real DNP, even at 250mg a day

Yeah man, labs with @janoshik confirmed it. He seller did it with him not me. But I’ve taken dnp many times. It’s the best I’ve had. Dude not around anymore though. Those raws came hard to come by.

Ill be 2 weeks in on Tuesday bro. I can handle 250mg, anything over that I’m a fucking mess lol
 
How long do you have to be off DNP for so that the body can readjust to the original dosage? Came off a few days ago and I’m trying to get the most bang for my buck. Lol
