Well woke up late and feel like shit.. not sure if die to donation or just run down. Decided for today at least a break. No cardio no gym, may see what tomorrow or Sunday brings but part of me thinks save it for my DL zpR on Monday. I decided against advice to start running the last of my drol today short 2 week blast of it lol...
 
213.8 weight this am, down 1.6 lbs from last week. This is a number per week I can live with.

Getting pumped about tomorrows DL PR attempt. 505 is the lightest I will be happy with, thats still 50lbs over last PR. I keep having 545 stuck in my head so if I feel it I am going for it even though its a 90 lb increase lol.

Thinking load up on carbs with supper tonight and tomorrow morning. Plan to lift between 12 and 1pm.

I guess I should add, started Anadrol on Friday. 25mg am and 25mg before bed on non training days, 25mg pre workout and 25 pre bed on workout days. However I have a few extra so certain days will take 50mg preworkout such as tomorrow. I only have 2 weeks worth and will use until out. The var will follow after

The 500 would have been nice, but it's so hard to up the weight on a cut.

Weve bought newer Chevys in the company..
I fucking refuse to switch to a newer model, I love this truck.
300k and I've only done oil changes and replaced the brakes once.
Thing is bullet proof,
I hear the 2018 is great,
Weve had 2014/15/16/17 and I was unimpressed with them all

I felt I was slow off the ground was told not too bad but is what it is. Yeah I think if I would have just lifted and not worried what the number was I would have got it, may have ground it out..Next goal for DL will be 505 again lol...

Work may be throwing a worse curve ball at me over the next couple weeks.... may have to be on site 14 days. Thats gonna work out to 15 maybe 16 days in a camp wotj camp food and camp gym if they have one. My weekly pin is gonna be missed in the middle of it too... may have to double up or suffer a week dunno

Do they search your bags or something? Just take some test with you. Say you’re on trt. Put it in a shaving bag, nobody normally looks through another man toiletries unless you work at a prison or something
