Daily timeline
• 11:00 AM - Lunch, heavy on carbs + protein
• 12:30 PM - Protein shake
• 01:00 PM - HGH pin
• 05:00 PM - Light cardio
• 05:30 PM - Workout start
• 07:00 PM - Post‑lift pin of IGF‑1 DES into worked muscles, meal with protein shake + bananas


I want to melt some fat, hold muscle and finally coax my stubborn biceps to grow.


My workouts feel like I’m dragging an anvil—my energy tanks hard due to lack of nutrients. Tell me what am I doing wrong? How should I time my meals?

Just based on your timeline i'd say its lack of proper food and nutrients.
 
Based on that it looks like you just have 1 meal and a shake per day? Thats not really looking like a good way to grow to me
I do have other meals—an early breakfast and a post-workout dinner—so total calories aren’t the issue. The problem is the 4-hour gap between pinning HGH and training. By the last quarter of my workout, I’m running on fumes. Is this just the cost of using HGH for fat loss, or is there a way to get some pre- or intra-workout fuel without undermining the fat-burning effect?

the problem might be the 4 hour gap between consuming carbs and your workout. have you looked into some Intra workout/ pre workout dextrose?
maybe shifting the timing/type of your carbs around a bit.

another thing that seems interesting to me is your pin timing for your GH. What is the idea behind pinning mid day? increased lipolysis?
 
You’re eating like a bird to allow for what you consider ideal(?) GH timing..? And IGF…why?

Take your GH when it is most convenient and isnt limiting your diet and therefore training. This is ass backward.
