What would be considered the most current and results bases peptide/sarms stack for fat loss,

CJC-1295 (DAC)

GW-501516 / Cardarine

SR9009

Ostarine / MK-2866

Tesamorelin

Thoughts?
 
Well Hgh, Retatrutide then would suffice, however there's allot being said about:

Gw, cjc, sr9009, Ostarine.

But, having acknowledged that Songsofpyramids reply is spot on, why would you feel the need to add this stuff?
I think it is unnecessary.

Most recently was:
Bpc
Tb500
Trt
Hgh low dose

Now I'm looking at these above as options in original post..

Currently only using trt
Hgh 1iu before bed
Retatrutide 2mg , 2x per week

Not feeling up beat, sluggish as well. Don't on point as well as sleep... sorta stalled I'm thinking

Did you get your igf1 tested before hopping on hgh? Is 1iu enough for you to at least break even on your natty levels? How long you been taking hgh?

I wouldn’t add Tesa, or any gh secretagogues on hgh. There’s a negative feedback if you don’t follow a fairly crazy timing schedule. I would be very skeptical of mixing cjc dac with hgh personally.

Your protocol doesn’t seem bad. I would hesitate to add more in until you find equilibrium on your current drug protocol.

You say your sleep is not OK.
Was it always like that or has it changed since you started taking any of this?
Also, what is your nutrition like?
Could the lack of energy be a little related to that or not?

HGH or Tesa (I'd argue the latter is better unless you intend to go higher than 2-3iu HGH).

For boosted energy:

Modafinil / Armodafinil, which further reduce appetite.

If you want to force higher resting calorie burn and speed lipolysis, pharma clenbuterol will do it with reasonable safety.

Pass on the rest, especially GW imo. If you ever get cancer you'll never forgive yourself and wonder if you brought it on yourself.

Sleep has stayed same i go to bed 800pm wake 4am gym by 430/445

Nutrition am eatting 2000 calories per day. Marcos split of course protein/carbs/fats. All counted.
Chicken, fish, red meat, potatoes, yams rice, veggies.

I dont think it's from my eatting as it's on pointed, I dont really feel hungry as I eat 5 times per day.

During work outs I drink water with Dextrose, bccca
During the course of a day 4000ml water

Supplements, sups are spilt between work out days and non.

Valarien, especially with repeated use, can have a "paradoxical reaction" resulting in increasingly lower quality sleep leaving you tired.

In addition, despite its short half life, it can cause a hangover like fatigue, as well as depression, the next day that lasts longer and longer as its effects build up in your system if you take it multiple days in row.

I experienced both of those with this "natural" sleep aid. It was awful.

Zaleplon is a fast acting, strong, sleep inducer with a very short half life of about an hour. Military uses it for pilots who have to grab sleep during combat but be completely unimpaired with a clear head a few hours later.

You can get it from India pharma or a prescription from your doc. IMO it's better than Valarian.

Also, Taurine tends to deplete with age, since it becomes harder to absorb. 500mg before bed helps with sleep by boosting GABA activity in the brain. 500mg before bed could make a big difference.

Lastly Magnesium, specifically the glycinate form, is well known to promote relaxation and deep sleep.

probably cardarine to allow you to burn more calories trough cardio and a GHRH + Ipamorelin pre cardio to increase lypholisis. I'd use Ipa and not ghrp2/6 since those increase appetite.

Tho a GLP1 + hgh (ideally before fasted cardio) would probably be more effective and straight forward. Cardarine can still be a good addition
 
I swear to god it made me progressively dumber. Took weeks to get back to normal after I stopped.
Ill also be dropping the Valarien capsules and see how that fixings things..

Ill check into the taurine as there is 500mg in the animals pak

You'll be surprised what a difference ditching Valarian makes.

Despite its "warm embrace", initially, it's toxic in the long run.
