Cutting naturally after cycle

Hi everyone!
I am currently 2 weeks into a Test C only cycle. It is my first ever cycle and possibly my last as I am only really doing this cycle as a bit of research/experience. My question is how long after my PCT should I wait to cut naturally? I am absolutely smashing my Proteins and Carbs into me and going crazy with the calories so I can get the full benefits of this cycle, so I know I’m going to come out with some fat gain, which is why I would want to cut naturally after. But I would obviously want to keep as much muscle mass as possible.

Be proactive not reactive. Really focus on not gaining fat during the cycle. Even on gear your body can only grow muscle so fast and will store the rest as fat, no need to bang calories after a certain quantity.

As far as cutting afterwards. I would begin decreasing calories once your testosterone is fully recovered to help allow you hold onto as much lean mass as possible. How long recovery will take is impossible to pin point. Bloodwork will tell you for sure. I would personally wait about 6 weeks after pct give or take a week.
 
Yeah dont do it, I lost almost erverything doing that.

I went on a cut 3 months after my first cycle. It was my first time cutting too and I was waaaay too agressive with it.

Okay cheers! I’ll lower my calories a little then, but make sure I’m still eating in Atleast a 300-400 surplus?

Yeah I wouldn’t go so aggressive with a cut! Probably stick to about a deficit of 200-300 a day whilst keeping protein intake high!
 
Not that we are in quite the same boat. I finished my first cycle, 500/wk test cyp in December. I have been doing a slow cut since and have been dropping about a half pound a week. Should mention, I am cruising on 200 test cyp a week and did not pct. I have been doing 2 week weigh ins and measurements and keeping the weight loss at about a half lb a week, which is perfect for me. When the weight stops dropping I cut a couple hundred more cals. Currently just under 3000 now. I wont cut anymore next step will be to add some cardio when the weight stops again.

Don’t recommend entering a cut after coming off. You exit this amazing anabolic environment to normal catabolism most of the day. This is not the time to cut. Avoid getting fat with intelligent calorie increases and then there’s no issue.
