I'm not trying to be a dick, but you have no definition or muscle mass. Why are you taking drugs?
 
You can't survive on a legitimate 6% bf and you're nowhere near 8. 8% is dickskin look, striations and veins everywhere. If you're losing muscle mass running that much gear, you're either not eating more than a bread crumb a day or your gear is bunk.

If anyone can suggest a good diet that won't make me gain fat but will let me gain mass I'm more than happy to take that advice. I've been cutting like hell recently but want to build from a good base starting point

I've not been eating much granted what I have been eating has been very low carbs but high nutrients. But due to being a fat fuck not long ago I'm scared of gaining the fat again.

Just stick to the tried and true clean bulk diet. Lots of protein, lots of healthy fats and lift your ass off.

You can put on a solid 40 pounds without gear. I guarantee it.

It's calories. Simple as that. With that much tren and mast, you'll have a very hard time out eating the nutrition partitioning. Trying to eat like a bird while on gear is pointless. Either be natty and run keto with lots of cardio, or use gear and grow.

Precisely. Eat until you want to throw up. If you're lifting like a madman, you won't get fat, you'll get huge. Olive oil and peanut butter are your best friends.

Save the drugs for when you plateau my friend. No reason to mess with your hormone balance when you can accomplish what you want by doing work naturally, IMO.

Dude this post cleary shows you're not ready to cycle gear. Go back to the drawing rooming and start with the basics. Imo you should be only running simple compounds NOT Tren.
 
All advice taken on board. I did my last tren shot this morning. Just going to keep the low test dose going as the TRT is too low and eat eat and eat some more. Thank you for all the advice I really do appreciate and listened to everyone
 
Shit, I'm five cycles in and I won't touch the stuff. I don't get why non-competitors take tren. The price to pay is too high for vanity alone.
I hear you although I wouldn't be afraid of tren. Its a kick ass compound and sides diminished for me. Just have to keep your head straight. Just my opinion.
