cycle for older male 70

Aging is like an obstacle course, if you never stop doing the course it isn't impossible. Stop and you stop being able and ....die. So, never stop the routines. If it kills you then it was merely your time.

Hey, nice dogs and it's a shame so many don't take into account nor appreciate the history of your breed of dogs and their place in this world. I know, this is from another thread, but I'm an old guy and give me a break. They are are great breed and have been a part my family for generations.

Old dogs have a history, stories to tell. things they have done. places they have been. no shame in having some history. young dogs have just ambition and a time to prove themselves, old dog have done that already they know who they are and where they come from.

@hmccoy99 I feel genuinely bad telling you to jam a gram. Probably not a great idea...

On the other hand my friend is in his mid 50's. I see him everyday in the gym and we've been to a few UFC events together with my family and his. Great dude. He's 6' 170 tops. Ripped and shredded. Not big no but he's impressive as hell and he's a 1% I say. How many dudes that old look like him? Less than 1%. We talk gear and have done joint orders and all he uses man is a cc a week. Basically trt. Watches his diet and looks damn good. I wouldn't even say good for his age. I say fucking GOOD in general. He doesn't lift heavy at all. He was smith benching 70 lbs today?

I genuinely think you'd do fine at a high cruise my man. Take care

Thanks gr8whitetrukker

I turn 70 in June,i just finished a small cycle of 100mg of test E and 125 mg of EQ every 4 days....thats all you need to accomplish what you want...no need for high doses of anything..I did Tren A,Test and Eq when i was 64 and had no issues at all,my BP was good...My TT was 700 last time i had it checked while i was off cycle, but FT was below normal but Doc still wouldnt give me TRT....

Ya but I wanna know what you ol vets do with all the extra sex drive? Old people sex?

Why not start in TRT/Test dose of your choice. Maybe add compounds like primo/masteron. Less Side effecting compounds. But they cut/burn fat/make you big/strong. Then see how you feel. You can always add, but might not be able to take away.

Those are some impressive numbers for your deadlift, squate, and bench. GOOD SHIT!

the key to the max benefit is to keep it intense for at least 20min. one has to be strong and healthy to have good sex and if you have good sex you stay strong and healthy

thanks I like that plan

I'm just curious that's all. Wanna know what its gonna be like in 40 yrs.
Most 70 yr olds aren't doing it...I think? But this group of guys we got here aren't most 60&70 yr olds tho. Respect

its will be as good as you want it be. you just have to stay strong and healthy. no different. age is just a number. the key is to STAY HEALTHY. good heart, strong back
keep your flexibility. stay pain free. good cardio. then you can fuck all nite if you choose too.

Some compounds like EQ. "Might" raise Hemocrit which would be bad maybe if you have a genetic predisposition to blood clots. But It could be fine. That is also a low side effect compound. It raised my bp from 120/80 To 140/85 though. So it is tough on the heart.

Every compound effects people dfferently though.

@greenddog1 I think most guys don't know what a (grunt)is lol.
Haha! I'm sure there are some that don't.
A Grunt is a Marine with an 03 MOS (military occupational specialty) which is Infantry. All non Infantry personnel are Pogs or Pogues. Both are considered derogatory names between Grunts and Pogs. Any Infantry Marine is proud to be and be called a Grunt!
Try humping 6-9 miles of rough terrain in usually lousy weather with a 60# ruck, kevlar, body armour, NVG, water, 8 to 12 30rd clips of ammo and your weapons. You'd be grunting too!
In the Army, their Ground Pounders are also called Grunts.
