Forgot to update yall.

HEAVY food day yesterday. 300-400g rice 6x.

Up this morning at 206.6

Meal 1
125g steak
130g rice flour/220ml water to cook
150g berries
25g peanut butter
5oz coffee
1/8 dyazide

For those of you considering diuretics, that’s 5/8 of a dyazide TOTAL for this peak. Less than a full pill.
 
Hey man, was at the show. Loved your look, most dense/grainy guy up there. That top 3 was nearly interchangeable in my opinion, good luck at the next one.

FWIW I thought your legs were down a bit relative to the upper body.
I’ve been working around a quad pull for 2 months. They were still the biggest onstage in my opinion.
 
You had the most polished look on the lineup.. Winner was choosen because of his shape. Others might be slightly more muscular than you but, in my opinion, you were clearly the most conditioned and refined with a good enough level of muscularity. Other judge panel could have gone in a different route... Keep going and come back stronger.
