I have a new telehealth primary that’s a bodybuilder herself and basically anything I need she’ll order minimum questions asked. Also on RX ancillaries now.

As far as heart health: we’ve seen nothing problematic. LVH is minimal, no atypical rhythms. Last Calcium score was in single digits. Not perfect but considering how deep I am in this it’s ok IMO.

Telmisartin & Nebivolol from what I’ve researched is a A+ combo to help that
 
@Mac11wildcat How are you managing your diet and training in the OFF season? Now that you're getting closer to qualifying, you just need to find the right race, sir.

I remember that in previous years you were doing very high protein, carb, and fat-heavy OFFs.

Because I generally don’t believe in supps like that all the time. I prefer some contrast from offseason to prep. Doesn’t mean you can’t. Many do. Just be sure with SLU you’ve got Urelithin in (and not the shit stuff, the expensive stuff unfortunately).
What amount of urolithin A do you use with the SLU? I’ve been curious about urolithin a but haven’t looked too far into it yet.

Pomegranate extracts will not work for most of the population as many don’t have the enzyme to convert it to the urelithin byproduct. So expensive shit it is.

Currently:
340P/650C/85F

Current training is the same style it’s always been, 6-7 movements per day, 2 sets to failure, but the split is a bit different. Currently doing;
1. Legs/Arms
2. Upper
3. Off
4. Legs/Arms
5. Push
6. Pull/Hams/Arms
7. Off

Hadn’t really been diligent with pinning: fell of mentally for a while. As a result we’re rolling this into prep early 2026 but I know everyone always wants to know about the gear.

Given the time I have left in this sport we got a bit more aggressive for this shirt growth period and should continue to support growth for the first 4-6 weeks of prep as well.

Test - 1000mg
EQ - 500mg (will change to try and fully address e2 without added anti-e but 2:1 should do it)
Deca - 500mg
Anadrol - 50mg
Dbol - 20mg
GH - 4/4/4iu (fasted, post, before bed)
IGF1 (Increlex) - 250/250mcg (pre and post)

Orals will drop as soon as prep officially starts to revitalize for the late prep push.

Increlex will stay in as long as we can based on fullness and dryness and how stage weight is looking. Shit is EXPENSIVE but holy fuck does it work.

Will likely be working SS31/SLU/MOTS-C/DNP something to the following:
Weeks 1-4: SS31 at 1-2mg 5 days on 2 ofd
Weeks 5-8: MOTS-C at 3-5mg EOD
Weeks 9-?: SLU at 20mg w/ DNP as needed per conditioning

With mast it’s typically .5mg adex/12.5mg aromasin 2x at 750. This is my first time at 1g test. EQ should help keep total added AI lower though.

Orals tend to not bother my digestion but I always advise against it in offseasin that reason so good call. With the short runway to prep this is a bit of brute force.
 
Yeah just a small tweak. No bruising or balling up. Hitting it 2x daily with Heal Max from Authentic (bpc/tb/kpv/ghkcu) so should be ok in a week or so. Appreciate your asking.
