Are there actual data of HGH on cell division ? Obviously, HGH exerts an effect on this very important part of aging and physical recovery. On the one hand, inducing a division of human cells has a not so harmless effect on DNA (DNA 'damage'). On the other hand, replacing an aged cell with a new one will make the rest of the new cell (minus the DNA) 'as good as new' (oversimplified).
Aside from other effects of HGH, replacing aged cells can be beneficial.
Are there actual data of the effects of HGH on (more or less) the speed of cell division in humans ? I was unable to find any real and meaningful data.
