Rough to tell, around 30lbs but I gained some fat too.
I was kind of self-conscious so this is the only pics I have. Shitty but all I have.

First pic: 81kg, lifting everyday for 2 years but had Total Test of 300 and Free test below reference.

Second Pic: 95kg, this was only 2 months

Notes: Did not bulk, eating around maintenance, maybe overshot my maintenance a bit.

Went from "Do you even lift? Skinny bitch (Cbum voice)". To okay wtf is going on, I have shoulders and Biceps!!???

This was only at 300mg test and 8 weeks apart

Damn btw, dunno if my workout today triggered something but damn the test kicked in hard this morning. Got all giddy and shit hahaha.
When was you’re first pin? If it recent then wait till test e peaks, by the 3-4th week that’s when you feel the test kicking in

Something kicked in today bro, could not get exhausted at my morning workout and could barely sit still at work and contain myself and I got clear tell take signs of excess test in my system right now. My test prior not tested but was decent, can never take a leak standing up in the mornings for example if you know what I mean

Week 7, 160mcg clen, 80mcg t3, 2mg ketotifen​

  • Sun 10/12/202: 78.6 kg (173.2 lb)
7 day difference: 3kg (6.6 lbs)

Notes: Lower Clen, more fat loss, glad I dropped it. Thus confirms last times measurement was just fluctuating which we all knew. Gym strength has declined more, but only one week to go.

Fat loss has been so linear and easy, makes me wanna continue but pointless chasing more fat loss, better to focus on the bulk and cut after I have way more muscle to show.

RHR: Solid 68, love to see it with clen/t3

Updates: Tomorrow I got a final health check up and then after pulling blood going to start my Glutathione injections.
 
Upcoming labs, also will be able to check E2 vs Ultra-sensitive E2.

So good for comparison. I don’t believe I’ve seen anyone do this.

Week 7, 160mcg clen, 80mcg t3, 2mg ketotifen​

  • Sun 10/12/2025: 78.6 kg (173.2 lb)
  • Wed 10/15/2025: 77.4 kg (170.6 lb)
7 day difference: 3.7kg (8.15 lbs)

Notes: Fat loss has been very solid, however this is the first week out of the 7 weeks prior I felt weak. Which means this should be about where the cut should end. Thankfully that is the plan. Cut end in 4 days after the next weigh-in. Glad I timed it right and didn't suffer much.

RHR: low 70's - high 60's. Very pleased
 
Update on labs:

Cholesterol:
- Very good wit tren and I think t3 wrecks cholesterol so thankfully its in range.
- This is without Pitavastatin 4mg, I introduced it a week ago which should push my HDL hopefully within range.

Kidney: Perfect, improvement even after adding tren.

Liver:
- I have chronically elevated liver enzymes even as a natural, had 50-70s always with a clean GGT.
- However my AST is at all time low and ALT improved considering I'm in a very heavy cut and did this test without resting enough after my workout I am very happy.
- This is also without Glutathione, I added 400mg daily Glutathione IM, based on many anecdotes this just be a game changer.

CBC:
- MCH/MCHC/MCV has always been at the bottom of the reference, this is due to genetics and I just did a ferritin and TSTAT proving it was an iron deficiency from genetics, supplementing with iron so will see updates
- Never had issues with RBC ever, I believe this might be the t3, it's not concerning as it's barley out of range but def have to re-test after stopping t3. That has been the only change that might have caused this.

H1ac: Improved, never had issues tho.

Prolactin: Never had issues before.

- 420mg Mast e
- No Ai
Plan is start HCG in a few weeks so E2 looks good to introduce some HCG later.

Notes: Thank god this ended, I literally have pushed my body to it's limit. Performance dropped massively this week and everything indicated this should have been where I have to end my cut. Thankfully this was the plan and everything worked out perfectly on time.

Final Analytics:

Total Weight drop in 7 weeks and 1 day:
Pre-cut baseline: 96.1kg (213.7 lb)
End-cut weight depleted: 76.6kg (168.87 lbs)
Total weight dropped: 19.5kg (43 lb)

Blood markers are very good, health had to concern. No bp/RHR/sides that warranted fear of pulling on the brakes.

You made drastic visual changes, no doubt, but if I had one piece of unsolicited advice, it would be to make small changes, rather than giant ones. water fast, 1000 calories deficits, jacking up all the drugs . . .

Enough hormones on cycle and enough food to grow, and add more only when necessary to keep growing, making small changes as needed, and the same for the cut, but in the opposite direction.

"Thank god this ended" on a short cycle should not be the feeling you have. You are going to burn yourself out. Make a lifestyle change and put a little more focus into your health.

I rly appreciate ur advice, I will never not accept advice specially from people more experienced and looking from the outside in, you guy’s sometimes see stuff I don’t when I’m laser focused on my goal.

I agree, I pushed myself hard. Maxed out what I could do. I know I could have done better things like doing a re-feed or tapering some dosages, but was laser focused on my end goal so I left no stone unturned. This was due to lack of experience in gauging weight/bf during the summer. So I kind of wanted to get this out quick to get back in track.

I rly overestimated how much bf I had, or I think I did. Won’t be able to tell until I get back to maintenance and actually have some fuel in my body. I want to believe I am shredded to the bone but until I reverse diet and properly re-feed and have T3 out of my system, I can take proper progress pics and assessments.

I wanted to get back on schedule, that entails being shredded by next summer, as I said I do have my cycle planned for the next 48ish weeks. So I have planned a long lean bulk and a cut ranging from 9 to 13 weeks as needed.

However mistakes won’t be repeated. Learned a-lot through my experiences and the tips/knowledge of others.

I am lucky my age is forgiving so health wise I didn’t run into any issues. This is luck I suppose, as two cycles are never alike and stress from these drugs are cumulative so adequate rest will be needed and accounted for.
 
What surprises me the most is my tolerance to the drugs. My body tolerated them very well. I don’t even get sides from it. My RHR is below 70. Blood markers improving under higher and higher load.

No insomnia, bloat, tremors, appetite issues, sweats, cramps, aches, skin issues. I also think my cycle support helps alot tbh cuz I had very shitty blood markers on my first cycle of 300mg test.

It’s like my body wants it. It’s weird. I also think the fact I don’t fuck around toxic orals helps a bit to sustain a healthier environment or I’m just delusional. I don’t even aromatize anything. Nothing is stopping my from pushing 1- 1.5g of test but ik it’s pointless. That’s why I don’t rly plan to push my doses any higher than what it already is.

I’d say the biggest issue of all: bordem, need some hobbies/shows ffs. The bordem is probably what pushes me to research and push harder, cuz all I think about is my end goal. No friends/family around to have fun with abroad.

we're both middle eastern, and my friend who was 280bs touching into the ranks of olympia told me to go sky high test, eq, primo, ai, hgh and touch winstrol only as he coached other middle eastern guys and this shit just works across all for us.

also winstrol is just common snacks for us for some reason

high doses for longer periods of time is highly tolerated, full anecedote take what you want from it when you start bulking, you really gotta slow stuff down and just go into eternal bulk mode packing on alot of muscle mass.

think of constantly titrating everything with 50g, 100mg every 2-3 weeks for a long peroid of time, dont be afraid to stretch cycles for 9months+

you're still way too small for it, but try to get up to 1g test and just run that for a longer period of time.

i saw you took the tren out.

same did i, just blasting grams of grams of the more moderate anabolics seems to work.

ive stocked 14 kits of nandrolone, 10 kits of eq, too much testosterone and planning to see how much my body can tolerate.

never had an issue besides when i ran tren/clen high with some high liver numbers.

suspect its the clen because im back to exactly 29 alat/asat where i was before, it becomes 40 ish with 600-800mg tren

came back as 300+ with tren+clen+accutane. back down to my baseline 29 within 4 weeks of seizing all that stuff.

never ran into a issue with high test primo, probably never will with high test high eq
