I forgot to mention, a little goes a long way. I was using EFTS green mini bands, similar to the red ones shown in the pic above, but I was standing probably a foot closer to the band anchors. Just playing with you band tension a bit and you'll feel the difference. IMO, it looks like the guy in the above photo is standing about a foot too far back, which creates a lot more lat activation rather than hip and hamstring activation.Thanks.
