I worked with @ChestRockwell and he gave me cheat days. maybe you've heard of him?I am a pretty well known coach and I know pretty much all well known coaches and Ive NEVER heard of him... went to his ig and he hardly has any following....... but do cheat days i guess whatever tickles your fancy
I'll definitely look more into it. Not a nutrition expert so I'm always willing to hear out other theories that have been tried. I've always just been more of a clean foods advocate for health reasons especially as I'm getting older but if I can still shed fat having a whole cheat day every so often that sounds like fun lolCounter intuitive but great for dropping fat or bulking. Level of leanness determines how long of a cheat amongst other variables.
