To talk more about the overall experience - My order took a bit longer than expected to arrive and after I placed the order and paid, I was informed one of the products was no longer available. That being said, Devon offered a refund or to pick a replacement product, so no big deal. I paid extra for EMS, but shipping got delayed. Devon made it right and refunded me the shipping charges and offered me free shipping instead.

So overall, while there were a couple of hiccups, Devon always was quick to respond and offered a fair solution. Will definitely order from him again!
