That is fuckin nonsense.Are there any people who agree or disagree with dbols ability to put on actual muscle. I had been hearing that thrown around lately that its all just water retention and no contractile tissue can anyone speak to that at all?
my own experience with dianabol says that it builds good muscle. some water too, sure, but the muscle is there. it also increases strength noticeably, which inevitably builds more muscle.Are there any people who agree or disagree with dbols ability to put on actual muscle. Anybody want to talk about successful practical application of dbol? Other than the obvious powerlifting PRs that disappear the next day?
I’m not actively planning to cycle it but I have some nice hard pressed 50mg tabs of dbol- easy enough to split to halves or 1/4s.
My diet & training are dialed and I’ve tried 50mg pwo a few times with pretty amazing but strictly temporary strength increases.
If I was gonna run some for a couple weeks or something I guess I’d wonder how to dial estrogen? It wouldn’t be in long enough to stabilize and the dbol estrogen I don’t even know if it comes up on bloods, plus I doubt I’d run it long enough to stabilize then try try to adjust an AI protocol even once or probably multiple times to get it right anyway?
So it’d be a gamble- like run 25mg dbol a day for a couple weeks and 25 aromasin every 2/3 days? And go by ‘feelz’? Or hit it hard 50/day yolo?
To be clear this is not me making plans, just tossing ideas. Anyway, let’s say I’m able to guess an asin dose that keeps moonface, pitting edema, or overdoing it and crushing e2. It’s still just temporary strength that needs to be used for long enough consistently to get some actual lean tissue gains out of it right? Obviously only even a half decent idea if on cycle, and probably only for a couple or few weeks of the cycle unless it’s more like 12.5mg/day?
Hahaha yeah I read once that holding your infant child increases your estrogen. Probably an evolutionary mutation similar to how often newborns resemble the father- keeps the caveman from killing it when mouths to feed is a liability. I can almost track that moment as the beginning of when sappy commercials started getting me misty eyed.You have to go by feels with dbol since you can't measure the form of estrogen it aromatizes to. Hopefully you've had experience with different estrogen levels on testosterone to be able to tell if you are high or low. I think 10mg was the replacement dose so you may be able to get away without aromasin. I wouldn't take aromasin but to take it though. Wait to see if you need it first. My tale tell sign is when anything sentimental on TV makes me cry (more than usual) lol

After trying dbol and anadrol just to see what all the hype was about I kinda decided that dbol is definitely best once in a blue moon just to have some fun going into the gym that day and feeling like the 45lb bar doesn’t count in the total load because it moves so much easier. And never did anadrol long enough to get a good soak but it kind of felt like tren- mostly some CNS and pain tolerance stuff, then (maybe atypically) could eat a horse later. Rather just do a little tren at that point.
I’m kinda sappy anyway- phone is always throwing toddler pics of my teen on the lock screen and I feel the bitch in me. But I generally feel pretty good and sharp anywhere between 20-90 e2, which is where the nippy-tiddies start talking a little.
So my general decision to mostly just stick with oils kinda makes sense, and aligns with the idea that Dbol is an advanced compound that needs sophisticated management and smaller doses, at least to cycle it in a serious way. Making it much less popular these days than in the past, when going by feel was kinda the default.
