Diet advice to get lean

I've never claimed anything for post workout carbs, I don't really care about meal timing just daily macro count. The only noticeable difference I've found for meal timing is for when I have my preworkout mcdonalds bacon and egg mcmuffin. If I have it too close I restate it but if it's too far away during heavy squats and deads my stomach feels empty and crushed.

Unless you are taking insulin you don't really need to worry about when you eat your carbs as your body is amazing at restoring them, as long as you've had some carbs between workouts you're good doesn't matter if it's 20mins after of 8hours after.

I haven't seen the video but I believe the premise is correct.
Are those egg McMuffins good? I haven't eaten fast food since I was hungover like 5 years ago. Always heard their breakfast food gives ya the McGurgles. Ha

Two bacon and egg white delight mcmuffins have a macro break down of
600calories
62g carbs
24g fats
40g protein

And they do tastes delicious to me. Easy cheap and sits well during a workout if I eat it 30 mins prior

I really hate to say this but...I'm gonna try this. And it's a bacon and egg white delight McMuffin? Done. Do they sell it in the afternoon?

I dunno in Canada breakfast is all day and night :cool:. Correct bacon and egg white delight mcmuffin. I can have two of those and a a&w double mozza burger everyday if I want and still be cutting :D

What?! And still cut? ...Ya know what? I was just starting to like you but now I'm just not so sure.

I didn't see anyone else mention it but cardio acceleration is what always works wonders for me. Do 1 minute of high intensity between every set. Use that as your recovery time. It's an easy way to get in 40 to 60 min of cardio without having to do 40 or 60 min straight. I usually manage to maintain 140 bpm the entire workout.
