Diet, Exercise, Gear, Supplements Benefits Pyramid - What matter most?

T

Take your thong outta your ass Sally !! Better get used to some of those answers.

You want knowledge of what’s important, go do your own research. It’s all out there to be acquired.
Do my own research? You mean like posting a thread on a forum specifically designed for the purpose of learning? It’s people like you who make learning a pain in the ass. It takes ZERO fucking effort to not be a dick. Others are replying just fine yet you are siding w the one guy who added no benefit. Either contribute or dont say anything. It’s not that difficult.

If you exercise, and with that same routine add gear, you will grow that much more…

If you use gear and eat, not exercise, you wont.

So basically peptides are worthless…Sleep doesnt matter apparently…when using stupid high amounts of gear.

So top 5
Exercise
Food
Gear
Sleep
Peptide dont do anything special
this was a great answer. Thanks

i think we're mostly in agreement that diet is number one. can't build the house if you don't have the bricks. after that, i think it's kinda murky because drugs are important and i think they allow a lot more leeway to do stupid shit and get away with it. poll 1000 pros and you'll get just as many different modalities of training. after food, i don't know if you can really rank the other options as they all kinda feed into one another. this is a tough one
Thanks for this. Makes sense

Idk why people worry about these arbitrary numbers anyway. Eat, sleep, lift right and the gear will enhance what you do. Every piece of the puzzle has a an important purpose.

Because to some these numbers aren’t arbitrary. These numbers are used to determine where certain priorites should be placed when buying things on a budget. Also alot of people like to analize things because that’s how their brain works. Not everyone is the same. Same concept as someone who logs every rep in the gym vs someone who just goes and lifts. Both are doing what they need to based on their personality types.

Best reply ever
Exactly !!!!

And the ones that are saying gear is way down are idiots.

You don’t see food and sleep banned from professional sports. Y’all can try and be the good guys and say rest, recover, eat your veggies ….

Train - can’t grow muscle without exercise

Gear - don’t have to explain look at the pros compared to your uncle who hits planet fitness 5 days a week and takes bcaa’s and creative

Eat - you have to or you’ll die / food builds muscle

Sleep - you have to or you’ll die

Diet, exercise and rest is all equally important, if you do two of those right and skip the other, you'll barely see any results. Supplements are 99% useless unless we are talking about your liver support when doing orals or your diet is pure garbage.

Gear is mandatory for bodybuilding and gives advantage in other sports, itll give you slight edge by allowing you to train more often. However if you are not looking to go pro in sports you are just trading your health, lifespan and fertility for faster progress. Even more so if you have bad diet since your lipids will look terrible. So yeah, if you have tons of time and want to exercise or do sports all the time its very important and if you want to wellness you'll just fuck your health for looking like someone dedicated to fitness.

This was more helpful. The whole point of me asking for numbers is to not have to deduct what someone’s comments were. Your first comment told me to stop being a pussy & research which was odd cus that’s exactly what I’m doing is posing a question trying to get data points in a lifting forum. Then you respond w gear should be more weighted implying it’s far more important than some of the other commenters. I understand the whole diet, food and sleep is required or you will die thing. Maybe I could of presented that question differently. But your emphasis on gear being more important is exactly what I was looking for but even within that I wonder where it ranks on the scale I referred to. Either way one thing is becoming clear i am likely wasting my money on peptides since Im already doing everything else. May not be worth it. Thanks for your input.

Peptides do have there place and help in some round about ways, I've used Ipam, CJC, BPC, TB500, and GRHP, and all have helped me over time, but they can't be compared to AAS. Trying different compounds and different types of cycles to figure out what works best for you is the name of the game. The ultimate goal is to grow and improve in the safest way possible.

Yeah I feel like I've wasted money on CJC and Ipa since I'm on Test as far as best bang for your $. I just started AOD9604 for fat loss since I'm scared of taking Clen. I'm 50 and don't want the jitters. I'm just trying to get to 15% BF and I sit at 24% now. Next year I'm gonna start BPC157 for sure just because it seems extremely helpful overall.

I fully understand wanting the best bang for your buck, and everyone's body's will react differently. For me I was on a moderately high dose blend of Ipa/CJC and the only thing I noticed was my recovery was decently improved. I used the BPC and TB500 on a heavy dose twice daily to help heal a bicep tendon repair and it worked wonders. These are obviously anecdotal and only my personal experiences. Further, in my experience also I didn't start noticing blatant gains from anything I was dosing with, until I was sub 20% BF, so I focused mainly on my diet and solid exercise regimen. Best of luck.

I just do the best i can some weeks worse than others. Seems like diet, rest, lifting, and supplements i dont feel im 100% on all these hardly ever. Can sleep sometimes, sometimes i feel like i was lacking in the gym, not enough time to get all the food intake i wanted.

I usually get 5 hours of sleep sometimes less. I looked into Andre Rush a chef that is massive in size. He says hes the exception he only sleeps 3 hours a day. I would love to know if this guy was just talking crap when he said this.

I see this as two different levels....
first level is basically what other guys said.
lifting
food
rest
gear
BUT if you want to break all the limits and get to freak levels (for your genetics) than the order above will be different
food
gear (max peds + max gh&insulin)
lifting
rest
