Dirty Bulking worth it?

Fuk yes it's worth it!! If your going to bulk don't be a pussy about it. Clean bulk is the biggest bullshit term thrown around here. Your NOT going to be a giant on chicken and sweet potatoes alone. This is a subject Doc and I completely agree upon. I'll slam down homewreckers from Moe's, pizza, burgers from Jake's. Eat mother fukr!! EAT!!
I'm starting to believe this I hear lots of pro bodybuilders and vets saying dirty bulk is the best way to get huge and gain lots of muscle. U don't see mass monsters eating in a 500cal surplus in there off season its usually the guys that weigh under 200lbs that do lean bulks cause their scared of getting huge lol

Also would it make a difference if I did it natty or on AAS? And what would be a good stack? I was thinking test n tren for more keepable gains or would the classic test deca dbol be better?

If you are eating enough to do a big bulk on Tren, do it. A lot of people don’t eat enough for it anyway

I've been on the edge about this every time I run a cycle. There is NO DOUBT that complex carbs, healthy fats, meat protein > any other type of foods u can list to grow, but the problem becomes when u need big number of calories. It's so fucking difficult for me to eat 5400 cals on this type of food. After a week it becomes a problem, then the second week it becomes a MAJOR chore and during the 3rd week I just can't do it anymore and I'm looking at a huge plate of food or 2 and shake before I sleep and can't stuffed to oblivion with the steroids loss of appt stacked on this.

I've been on 100mg anadrol and 1.2g test and 1.2g tren, 1g of eq for 4 weeks now and I can't eat clean worth of shit. I eat about whey/eggwhite/olive oil/milk shakes, nuts, pasta noodles and like 4-5 tv dinners (avg 400-800 cals ea). Easier to get the meals down, no cooking, yes it's about 15-30g fat per tv and high sodium, but it comes with 20-35g protein too and a fair amount of carbs (no sugar, but white pasta).

to me it's stupid how some guys eat the same calories in and out cycle after cycle cutting and bulking, u need more cals each cycle to run to get bigger than the last or ur doing it wrong, plain a nd simple..

Yea when you look at a cup of rice is only 205 calories 44 carb 4 pro you wonder how you're gonna get 6k calories lol

I think some people have a very scewed interpretation on a dirty bulk.. Just plainly eating way more than what you need, no, I don't think it's worth it at all. Sometimes you actually need more calories than what you can force yourself to eat in "clean foods", so granted you're at a respectable bf%, if you get those extra calories you need to continue growing through things like pizza, ice cream, etc. I would call that a "dirty bulk" because you're eating things you wouldn't typically think someone concerned about their health would be eating, BUT I also see nothing wrong with it.. If it's what you need to do to keep growing and you're not just doing it because you're a fat fuck without any discipline, then fuck it. lol

Agreed but your not going to base every meal you eat around McDonalds and Taco Bell. I prep all my meals for the most part especially when I’m bulking, but when I leave the gym or work and I’m hungry I’m not going to not stop at the fst food restaurant I see and get something to eat, and I’m not going to call my bulking cycle a dirty bulk cause 1/4 of the calories I took in that week either came from fast food or was some other greasy food that was all processed food. I have never called a bulking cycle a dirty bulk or a clean bulk, and I think anyone who is running gear and is dedicated about it is going to eat healthy for the most part.

Focusing on “clean” foods will provide health benefits but from a macro standpoint it doesn’t matter so much...as long as you do what others have said here, eat above your maintenance you’ll be “bulking”...dirty bulking is just when you use dirty foods to reach the surplus above your calorie maintence. Dirty bulking isn’t ideal for overall health..

Who doesn’t enjoy eating big fat cheese burgers when there bulking ...... The bacon boy 1050 cals all day long

Never like the dirty vs clean bulk terms that get thrown around.

I suppose I fall into the clean bulk category going by the foods I eat but to me the difference isn’t so much which foods but how much you’re eating and the macro and micro breakdown.

When I hear dirty bulk I tend to think someone recklessly eating everything in sight not paying attention to caloric intake or micronutrients. To me that’s not the way to do it. You’ll get worse results every time.

You can have your hamburgers and ice cream or whatever as long as you’re trackkng it and know what you’re getting for the day and hitting your marks.

So dirty and clean foods are somewhat of a joke to some extent. But there are good diets and bad diets and there is a right way and a wrong way to add quality mass.

I slam double quarter pounder meals several times a week. Laws of thermodynamics don’t allow you to put on fat if your intake is less than your expenditure. Why make it hard for yourself if you eat “clean” all the time.

3lbs of pure chicken meat is only 2000 Calories. 2.2lbs of brown rice is 1000 Calories. To get 3000 Calories you’d need to consume over 5lbs of “clean food”. Can you honestly believe you can do that every single day?

Then again, I don’t believe you need to be in such a great surplus of calories just to put on muscle. My guess is only 300-500 Calories surplus is enough depending on your goals.

Honestly when I dirty bulk I feel like complete shit. If I'm above a 400 calorie surplus I feel like shit as in I'm super bloated and lathargic. I'm also six four going between 200-210 pounds at 11-12% body fat. I'm no where near small but I'm obviously not a mass monster it isn't why I train. Do what feels best for you my guy.
