Like the title says.I currently suffered this snowboarding. Fuck!

My question would BPC-157 or any other supplements anyone can recommend help me in my post op recovery and PT.

Thanks Fella’s! I’m sl fucking bummed and feeling old Godammit!

I ran TB + BPC for the same injury and healed up nicely.

I’m back to a higher deadlift now than when I was injured (moving heavy kayaks lol) at like 1.5 years post op.

In terms of training, I just switched to unilateral upper body stuff. I think between injury + post surgery I missed a total of 8 days (day after injury to see doctor, he said to keep training - week post surgery with splint.)

You got this man. Being in decent shape pre surgery is probably the best thing you can do for your recovery. I was the youngest person in my PT office and half the people there were “pre-habbing” after decades of being sedentary, suddenly facing an upcoming joint replacement surgery.

I can also vouch for TP/BPC/GH for speeding up recovery for a tendon tear as torn my left Achilles last year and was back on my feet in 6 weeks post op. Returned to my normal leg routine at 6 months post op.

Sorry to hear of this, brother...you'll be back at it soon enough so follow your doc's instructions.

Just came out of surgery few hours ago,Weny straight to Arby’s and hammered down a meal.

What a as your dosages and frequency I know nothing about Bpc-157 and TB.

I will be ordering some here in a week or two and will wanna have a game plan!

Thanks for your reply hearing from someone who experienced it and healed is what I need!

Thanks any dosage advice would be great I know nothing about peptides. I’m gonna do my research but would love and advice

Here's from what I have sussed out from my own experience (torn Achilles tendon):

TB500: 250-500mcg daily is sufficient IMO as it’s systemic and builds in the body.

BPC: For an acute injury such as a muscle tear a 4 week cycle of 500-750mcg for the first two weeks localized and then 250-500mcg for the last two weeks.

I’d also consider adding in Copper Peptide (GHK-Cu) as it increases collagen synthesis and fibroblast along with overall healing and driving down inflammation. Localized at 1-3mg per day for 2-4 weeks. You can do more, but not sure it’s necessary IMO.

GH: I ran 2iu before bed.

Thank you, My friend also had a Achelleies tendon tear and was telling me how painful it was and the recovery. I appreciate the recommendation. When you say localized do you mean shooting the bpc directly into the repair?

In my case I took these in pill form (except GH) which worked just about as well as injected as I had to wear a splint for first 2 weeks then switched to a boot for another 4. As BPC/TB and GH are actually systemic you can do an injection or take an oral version of BPC/TB as close to the site as possibly can.

at this point there is no evidence that injury side injection leads to better outcome. since tb500/bpc157/hgh all work systemic you can just inject them subcutaneous.
tb500/bpc157 should be injected 2-3 times a day (tbf depends on if you got tb4 or tb500 but I would rather go for 3 times daily 250-300mcg each).

This is not a medical advice but I would wait around 10-14 days before starting with these peptides. HGH isn't an issue, you should start with that asap.

I am honestly too tired to give you a full explanation about why you should delay bpc157/tb500 injections for around 10-14 days. To keep it short there is some interaction with immune cells, inflammation and fibroblastic activation which can inhibit important steps of the actions taken by your body to heal.

Other than that, go for it. Wish you the best man!

I highly recommend a daily dose of at least 3 mg of each tbfrag bpc157, Even higher if you can afford to, i had good results after surgery with 5 mg daily of each bpc157/tbfrag, good luck, I would split doses throughout the day, but IME/IMHO , start at 1 mg at least , i really didnt see bpc157 start to SHINE until i hit the 3 mg daily dose, Morning-noon-night doses ,,

Just going by anecdotal reports, not many have great benefits with sub 1 mg/d dosing.

For this type of more severe injury, 2-3 mg/d each TB & BPC might be a more promising starting point.

Tore my tricep last year this time. Not an in depth of the protocol, but here’s what I took.

TRT
GH 7.5 Ed
1.25 mg BPC ED (divided multiple doses)
1 mg TB 500 ED (divided multiple doses)
25 mg anavar ED
30 g collagen ED

one thing I would of probably added would be GHK cu.

Good luck, Try to keep a positive mindset.. as much as it sucks, it may not ever be the same, but WILL get better.
