I just happened to be taking some already and started DNP (400mg/day) last week and I was sweating like I have never before. The T-3 really magnifys the potency of the DNP. But it also makes you twice as tired and uncomfortable. I've used the DNP by itself before and was pretty warm and felt somewhat decent. But with the T-3, it's almost unbearable sometimes.
I like the idea of slow and low with DNP. 200mg a day for 2-3 weeks and maybe 25-50mcg of T-3/day and you should see good results as well as not feeling like shit at the same time.
