DNP cycle input

hello all,
i am currently on the 5th day of my second DNP cycle, DNP chrystals. me: 45years, 94kg, 1.78m, 17%fat. my plan is as follows; day 1; 200mg, day 2 400mg; day 3-day 14 600mg. also i take 1500mg taurine /day, l-carnithine, 1500kcal/day. prot:carbs:fat = 60:30:10. i work out 5 days in a week with weights for about 1hr-1hr 15 min, and do about 30 min light cardio after. i take 300mg in the morning, 300mg in the evening.

any input? maybe my cal intake is to low.
also; i wonder why my sweating on DNP is so much in the night, but during the day its not to bad. this was also with my other cycle. i wake up every 2 hours in the night, my bed and pillows are wet, but during the day its kind of ok. anyone else have the same thing?

i was thinking 1500 instead of 2000 is another 500kcal shortage that i can burn in fat... you think its to low? wouldnt it be like the lower the kcal the more fat you can burn? btw i am on 250mg test e/week during cycle not to burn to much muscles
 
Don't up the dose mate, the DNP from EA is real. Just because you aren't feeling side effects doesn't mean it's not working in your system. Me personally, I would say it's your diet, up the calories to at least 2000, and add in more carbs, then you will feel the heat, trust me haha. Just my input, stay safe bro

boybravo: how i feel?? well cant wait till its finished so i can eat normal again :) after a few days i feel out of energy, and hungry all the time. but the worst is the sweating in the night. literally drops of sweats are running over my face and body. every 1-2 hours it wakes me up. actually during the day its not that bad, its barebel , i mean yes i feel completely out of energy but i think thats normal if you go on low carb low cal diet. with clen it would be the same. but with clen it would take minimal twice the amount of weeks to see the same results and i would be shaking all the time.
 
Dude, everyone sweats at night on DNP. You can take out your carbs in the evening and reduce the sweating. It's DNP blocking your body from converting the carbs that is causing the heat most of the time.

DNP is a compound that is very good at burning fat BUT you have to trust that it's doing it's job. I see guys freaking out mid-cycle thinking it's not working because it causes water retention (abs and lower back) and they get used to the sides so they think the fat isn't burning. Wrong.

Here's my advice. Just take your dose and try to forget you're even on it until you're done. Don't change anything. Quit fixating on trying to nit pick every little detail. Let it do what it's going to do.

It's not going to get you into super ripped contest shape in 14 days. That's total crap. It will burn fat and it definitely helps you drop water once you come off but it is not a miracle drug.

Use it, document what it does, what you did, then try to improve next time. Most guys I know (and myself) will use it to kick start a cut. It's just a tool on the tool belt like every other PED. Use it accordingly.
 
I'm not considering DNP at all.....but it is interesting.....I always hear about guys with these high doses and unbearable side effects, has anyone tried a moderate dose of lik 250mg throughout?

And wouldn't there be some muscle loss in the process of burning through soo much fat?

Me personally, I did 200mg the first time I tried DNP. I didn't feel any sides from that dose but got ok results with it as I was dropping some weight each day but nothing drastic. Me personally, when I get to the 400mg, let's just say that's when I start to feel some side effects after few days of taking it lol, and I start seeing a change in my physique (fat loss) every couple days. I sweat like crazy at night, and whenever I eat slow digesting carbs for some reason I literally feel my whole body heating up and the sweat pores off me an hour later haha. Also feel more tired throughout the day and during the workout but it's bearable. People say that they lose strength, but me personally when I use it with the correct anabolics I don't lose any at all, but felt I had to keep my workouts with the weights to around the 40 minute mark as I start getting way too tired. It's a nice drug to add to your arsenal when cutting, even low dose. My opinion I'd rather use DNP than clen any day of the week, I just don't like how you feel from clen.
