Hiya guys
I know you are probably sick of beginner DNP ?s, but although ive done lots of research im still unsure of many things. Particularly as my goal is just to lose as much weight as possible, i really dont care about keeping muscle.
One is, ive read the crystal DNP spikes more then powder, so i assume that DNP minimises cal absorption the most soon after you take it? so i assume it would be best to consume most of your intake soon after, rather then eg 10 hours after? i eat weirdly, eg mostly at night so i could arrange it to work this way.
I tried to decipher a very scientific journal article from the 30s it seemed to be saying that protein cals are not effected absorption wise by DNP? but i may have this wrong? (i understand the basic principle of how DNP works).
In general what suggestions do you have for max weightloss on a low dose (200mg) of dnp per day? i think im getting capsules so i cant split the dose. I usually walk about 4-8 miles per day, im vegetarian (but eat eggs), female nd about 130 pounds
