DNP log, first run from 12%BF-9%?

Got a supplier of DNP
Have 33 caps at around 225mg crystal
Current Weight is around 170lbs
Height is 5' 7"
Goal: 9% BF
Current: 11-12%? just a guess

Will post current pic when I get home

Dosage:
6 Days at 225mg for tolerance
Next 8 at 450mg which is probably going to be my max

Current Diet:
Keto/Pale + Intermittent Fasting

DNP diet:
P/C/F with Intermittent Fasting?
40/35/25

Supplements:
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Vitamin D
Glycerin
Fish Oil
EC stack

Took first
DNP at 1135am, feeling good maybe a bit warmer?

Honestly I wouldnt do IF the point of it is to eat later on a big meal at once correct? Well when you are on DNP eating late is the last thing you will want to do and you will find out if u try it lol

Anytime I ate before bed I would sweat profusely for hours and sleep like SHIT
 
There's no particular physiological reason why IF would be dangerous or ineffective on DNP, but it might be very unpleasant, as Bigollie pointed out. You might find the hunger unbearable. Also, I would recommend against a keto/low carb diet while on DNP, as the drug drains your glycogen stores, including the liver, very quickly. DNP also keeps your blood sugar low, and impairs the ability of Insulin to produce fat storage, so: there is no reason to do low carb while on, AND there is at least one good reason not to. Just a suggestion, everyone's different. Since DNP is also protein sparing, you don't have to worry about meeting your protein quota for the day either. Really all that matters is keeping your calories low, so to that end, if you can handle IFing while on, it's probably a great way to do it.
Personally, I've always eaten just before bed, which is also when I would take my dose, and never had any trouble sleeping. Your sheets will probably get sweaty.
I'd also like to point out that your pee usually doesn't turn yellow from DNP until it's reached saturation levels in the blood (at one dose per day, that happens around the 5th day). I would assume your pee and thirstiness after the first dose were probably due to something else. You'll know it's the DNP when your semen is yellow! About a week in, the whites of your eyes start turning yellow too. Kinda freaky.

oh I see, I do now believe it is due to the cold that I developed Pre-DNP, and I might extend my hours but I find that its something that fits into my schedule quite well, and Im not planning on doing Keto or low carb during this :D
 
took another dose at the same time, overall since im at 225mg, theres nothng yet but im not worried haha--well I do feel a bit dry in the mouth but I've been drinking a lot of water--around 2.5 L which is normal for me
Im taking an EC once a day since I don't want to ramp up tolerence yet

yesterday's temperature was 97.9 average and the weather was COLD COLD COLD, I had to work out in the cold and brought only a hoodie and it was extremely hard---today's temperature was 97.8and the weather is a lot nicer, around 45 F I believe
yesterday along with the wind was definitely below 40 F
Im supplementing potassium through eating bananas--good idea?
and electrolytes through more fruit consumption?
the low calorie diet is quite easy due to the EC stack since its hard for me to eat a lot on it

going to go get glycerine today at a supplement shop
was it around 45ml a day at 15ml x 3? this should be around 1 teaspoon each im assuming
 
Oh yeah, I see the DNP diet you mentioned now. Looks good; you really don't need that much protein though, unless you like it. You really don't lose muscle while on, it's kind of amazing (you also can't build muscle, and workouts become pretty pointless).
Bananas for potassium sounds like a fine idea. Watermelon is great also.
You probably want to make sure you get something with vitamin E, maybe supplement it, to cover your anti-oxidant bases. Fruits usually aren't that high in electrolytes, but veggies are, and so is meat and dairy.
You really don't start building a tolerance to it until about 2 weeks on, but that doesn't mean the EC stack isn't a good idea; keeps your energy up and appetite down anyway. Personally, I can't use the stuff, too sensitive to stimulants :( which is why I love DNP! :D
I found glycerine helpful. makes you feel less dehydrated. Kinda expensive though.

I have Vitamin E and I take around 1200 IU a day along with glycerine which I just bought
overall I believe I have everything in order
so at 225gm of crystal thats about 170mg of powder which i might up the dose to 340mg on Tuesday if my temps stay the same (97.7 average) since its going to get a lot colder here in the North.
Anyways here are some "before" pics--one was in December and the other in February
I'm guessing around 11-12% BF in these

Took another dose a few minutes ago
so a modified IF style has worked quite well for me actually and im eating moderate amount of carbs
I took my temp in the morning and it avergaed 97 or so but then a few minutes ago I took it and it was 99 but then remembered I just cooked some steak and pork and took temps after I finished my meal---waited a bit and it settled back down to 97. Weather outside is around 41 F high but im fine, not hot or cold, just fine which is VERY nice. I think ill up the dose tomorrow. to 2 a day which is 450mg Crystal so around 340mg Powder and probably cruise and this level until the end of the cycle. I keep a temp log throughout the day on my phone and experiences
 
Right now it's 44 F and I'm experiencing a very content/happy at life feeling. The weather is sunny but on DNP I'm not cold, so it feels like SprIng, amazing and relaxing.

Yea we had some warm days in the 60s a few days ago when I just started 200mgs and I had my AC in my car at full blast the whole day. Other than that I havent really felt much warmth.

So this is day 4 for you, You'll begin to feel warm soon. Once your doing 450mg of crystalline you'll heat up after big carb meals. But your lucky its cold out, It was 84 here today and I couldn't stop sweating.

right now its gotten a lot colder, and i can barely be ok with 400mg crystal, temp is 31F
workouts are definitely more tiring and I sweat a lot more haha
 
btw temp is around the same
98.5 F or sometimes lower but cold is going awaY!!!! yes! but overall its nice to be able to not turn the heater on when im inside but outside its blistering cold haha
any recommended candies or something to eat to heat up?
