DNP log, first run from 12%BF-9%?

Got a supplier of DNP
Have 33 caps at around 225mg crystal
Current Weight is around 170lbs
Height is 5' 7"
Goal: 9% BF
Current: 11-12%? just a guess

Will post current pic when I get home

Dosage:
6 Days at 225mg for tolerance
Next 8 at 450mg which is probably going to be my max

Current Diet:
Keto/Pale + Intermittent Fasting

DNP diet:
P/C/F with Intermittent Fasting?
40/35/25

Supplements:
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Vitamin D
Glycerin
Fish Oil
EC stack

Took first
DNP at 1135am, feeling good maybe a bit warmer?

how long have you been at 400mgs? Im on day 7 now, 3rd day at 400mgs and I only heat up maybe 1-2x a day max and even then its not bad at all. its nothing like the heat people have described. totally manageable and no one has noticed me being excessively hot or anything. Im using P's stuff so im pretty sure its G2G. you experiencing the same??
 
Sort of, it's day 2, heats up for only around 15 min though, I'm back to being extremely cold when I'm outside and normal inside, pretty manageable, but it's 450mg of crustal so

Btw how's your diet? Normally I do low carb/ckd but on dnp I've upped it to

only 125g carbs a day?? well thats why ur not heating up. Do what I did and eat 4 five layer burritos from taco bell and you'll sweat your balls off. Its 400g of carbs in 1 meal

And as a side note, On DNP you wanna eat low fat and high carb diet. Low carb can be bad because your nerves and brain require glucose to survive. they cannot run on fat like all your other organs can. On ketosis, your liver converts fats/proteins into glucose for your nerves and brain, But while on DNP your liver can barely make enough glucose for itself to run properly. thats where the scarring of the liver occurs
 
ill try that, i heard isoworks, anyways I tried a 3rd so its 506mg powder equi. if something bad comes up or side effects get bad/temp goes too high ill taper it. Anyways its supposed to be colder tomorrow and snow, around 30-33F. Im getting enough water, EC + fruits deal with lethargy and no cravings
so 675mg of crystal around 500mg of powder, im keeping an eye on this very carefully. I tend to stay outside during the majority of the day so im not worried about heat, yet.
 
The point behind the iso diet approach is to help control appetite because the fats keep you fuller. Since you use EC, you dont seem to have that problem. The 50/40/10 carbs/pro/fat should yield better results. Your trying to get the fat out so why would you wanna consume fat? the carbs get burned up right when you eat them and should help with the lethargy. And the lypolisis hindering effects of insulin will be blunted while on DNP due to the strain it puts on your body for generating ATP. so you'll lose more weight on a high carb diet vs iso.
 
So todays temp is 29 F, definitely feel dnp at 675mg of powder/506 of crystal and overall it's quite in this frigid temp, love the workout, great intensity and reps, sweatIng but not drenched--what do you guys think of 450/675/450 type of cycle?
Definite fatloss but bloated haha

haha just makin sure because some people think the crystal is stronger. Good to see you can notice results already. im on day 8 and its day 4 of 400mgs. im def warmer but not really sweating. kinda just feels like summertime and im in a house with no ac. havent really noticed any fatloss yet.

fairly balanced. I counted cals a few days just to see where I was at and I was just over 2k cals. I eat pretty much the same thing every day so im good at guestimating calories. lately ive been around 250P,150C, 100F give or take. either way i make it work. im a very clean eater in general.
