DNP log, first run from 12%BF-9%?

Got a supplier of DNP
Have 33 caps at around 225mg crystal
Current Weight is around 170lbs
Height is 5' 7"
Goal: 9% BF
Current: 11-12%? just a guess

Will post current pic when I get home

Dosage:
6 Days at 225mg for tolerance
Next 8 at 450mg which is probably going to be my max

Current Diet:
Keto/Pale + Intermittent Fasting

DNP diet:
P/C/F with Intermittent Fasting?
40/35/25

Supplements:
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Vitamin D
Glycerin
Fish Oil
EC stack

Took first
DNP at 1135am, feeling good maybe a bit warmer?

it took me nearly 16 days to lose the bloat----and it happened very very fast--my body held on for a long time and in 3 days it was gone---probably due to glyercerine and high carbs---i really need a way to get tan, haha.

You're about what I'm aiming for, by the time I'm done with my cycle(s)... may take me a bit longer and a couple cycles tho.

All in all, I would say you definitely had a successful cycle man.

i wish i could get better pics but this cycle was probably one of my most successful---id say overall it was my most successful, decided dnp bc i dont just roids either lol

Ahhhh right on...

I still have a bottle of Lean Xtreme sittin' around... was thinking about stacking it with DNP, but kinda figured it was like bringing a pea shooter to a fight where I already have a tank (DNP) lol... plus I sorta don't wanna over stack things... already puttin' enough shit in my body as it is.

I noticed I was getting a bit light headed today... but my blood glucose was fine and my water intake pretty high, like it always is... so not really sure what was going on or if it's related to not eating til about 1pm everyday.
 
If if doesnt go well then I'd suggest stopping, I've been If for about 7 months--btw--it's day 4 of 507mg of powder and thinking about finishIng with either a 15 day of 170mg or 7 days of 340: which One would you gutlys recommend?
 
I think if you go by the guideline, every 100mg's powder = 11% bump in metabolism on average, it shouldn't make a difference, other then the lower dose will probably be much less sides, but longer, with a slight chance of your body getting used to it over that time frame... or do the higher dose, but shorter time frame, but more sides, but least chance of your body becoming used to it.

Either way, I don't think the overall fat loss would be much different... personally I prefer the slower, least side effects, safer route.

I was able to continue IF actually... just had one odd day, but I've been fine ever since, other then the cravings are a bit much @ times, but I have fairly decent food willpower, hehe.

100mg's powder = 15%~ increase on average.

It's 11% increase for crystal on average.

The averages already take in to account the build up of DNP.
