still on 2 caps and im not sure if theres bloating or not but I have seen AMAZING AMAZING changes
eating pretty carb heavy and at around maintence
usually cereal/fruits/bread and such
!
i believe i will run out on saturday

tomorrow is my last day, would going straight into a low carb diet be a good idea or should I wait a bit?

Eat a clean high carb diet to replenish your glycogen. After your cells are deprived of glycogen they hunger for it. Once they can store glycogen again, cellular glycogen synthesis increases by %200. I believe that's partly a reason why "anabolic rebound". is experienced.

Exactly. I feel so damn strong after every DNP cycle. Just started one today, 2 weeks at 500 a day :)

i see--i didnt get this messaged until AFTER haha
anyways I looked ultra lean on the last few days and after I went into low carb (not keto) I seemed to have water bloating--is this normal?
I mean after looking "lean"?
But today i seem to have gotten less bloated? It's been about 5 days after--i heard up to 10 days for bloating so ill take a pic then if it is bloating

I've never heard of water bloating AFTER going off DNP, usually the bloating occurs while on and then dissipates within 5-9 days after going off. It could have something to do with carbs; i.e., the DNP was burning off all the carbs you were eating, so when you stopped, all the carbs caused water retention. Anyway, it's been 9 days now (if my math is right), so you'd better take your after pics now, before you start to put fat on again! :p You "should" be looking your best right about now....

very soon my friends
weird thing:
yesterday, i BALLOONED:
lost my abs--i could not see them
fasted and now i can
bloating seems to have come off, look leaner but no weight loss? ehh--anyways i will post a pic very soon OR after my next cycle which starts on weds
hmmmm? you guys prefer before?

One thing that is very strange... all these DNP logs, but yet few if anyone ever posts any before/after pics. As a matter o fact, I have yet to find a single before/after pic w/ DNP use.

Not knocking on you or anyone in particular... but a strange pattern I've noticed none-the-less on any forum where I see DNP logs.

On that note, does anyone have any before/after DNP pics bookmarked that they can toss my way?

i noticed it also
ill definitely want to be the first
you guys saw the before pics and ill put up after

im not sure if my scales
off
but my brother weights 130 when he weighed himself using the two scales at the gym and school but we found our old scale and it says he's 142
ill go to the gym today and weight myself
if everything is correct, i should be 160-162

Pictures should tell the tale, regardless of what the numbers say... I don't think I've weighted myself in over a year... the #'s don't really mean anything to me these days. All tho I mainly train for aesthetics, endurance & flexibility...
