DNP, T3, Clen at the same time

I never used clen before and when i do DNP, i either do it alone and follow up with 1 tab of t3 for 7 days or do it with t3 and follow up as well. ive done many DNP cycles so i know my tolerance. 600mg per day is usually enough, actually 500mg per day seems to be a good dose. Usually i try to keep a diet strict but my appetite goes through the roof (i already have a huge appetite naturally) so i never keep it strict. That is the main reason for the clen, to suppress appetite. Also, I heard it is like ephedrine, where it brings the fat into the blood so DNP can burn it..Also, I never did cardio on DNP before. Only went out at night once but stopped, felt too short of breath.

Right now I am about 15-16% BF and I think if i use DNP at 500mg per day (or 400,600,400 etc), T3 at 1-2 tabs per day, and Clen 3-4 tabs per day, along with my super strict diet, and cardio (medium intensity brisk walk 3.5mph) for 30-45 minutes every morning upon waking on empty, I'll get under 10% BF. What do you guys think?

Yes, it should have no effect on blood pressure or the CNS, so it will be fine. Just for an FYI, Aleve is the exact same drug as Sodium Naproxem which is a prescription. In prescription strength, a dose is typically equal to three Aleve's.

What are your numbers at now?

hey bro i have aleve at home, 1 tablet is naproxen sodium 220mg but expired 4 months ago. anyway, as for numbers, like weight? well, im about 5'5" and i mentioned earlier in a post that i barely juice because of the money issue, but i was 151.5 after the carb depletion and now im 142.5 still holding all this water. i feel so light although i do have a decent build. im planning a good hard lean mass bulking cycle next to put on 20-30 pounds with little bodyfat. i havent been in a mass phase for a long time trying to diet down, then cheating, and i just put an end to all the B.S. from now on, i begin my plans on being on 8 months out of the year now that i have more funds.

I'm just curious as to your caloric intake during this cutting phase. You said you were keeping your carbs low, but I didn't see what you're calories were. Sorry if I missed it. I'm about 5'5" as well, 210lbs, 17%, and I'm going to mimick your cycle starting tomorrow. I've done two dnp cycles previously getting down to 185 a year ago but I let myself go a little too far during my last bulking cycle. I'm definitely impressed with your results, bro. Keep it up.

well, today is my 3rd day off, i should be looking good tomorrow, but the best on thursday, i still have enough clen for 3 days so i will begin at 4-6 tabs tomorrow and test BF on thursday. well i had a cheat meal yesterday but im cleaning up today. i ran out of chicken breasts and i just missed costco when they closed so that pissed me off. so i had a spicy chicken sandwich with fries, no soda, but then had alot of peanut butter right before bed, i dont think thats a good idea ever. anyway today i weighed myself, i was 2 pounds heavier, of course thats water weight, but im on 50mcg t3, i think this t3 sucks, because last time i would cheat with t3 i would never bloat. so my face was bloated when i woke up which was a couple hours ago. i should be looking good tomorrow afternoon. i will try to keep caloric intake the same although it is hard, because i know i dropped the clen and dnp, and just trying to maintain bf or bring it down a tad in these precious 5-7 days off of dnp because i need to wait for the water to come down. so i cant just eat everything now, and go back on dnp, i would just be repeating the same cycle. but i do think im about 12-13% right now. i do look leaner.
 
today is 4th day off, i looked better while on the cycle, even at day 6 when i was supposed to be holding all that water. im the same weight, but for some reason, i was leaner in my face, thats how i can tell something is wrong. im disappointed. i weigh the exact same thing, very odd because i thought i would drop 5-7 pounds of watter from dnp. on day 9,10,11 i stopped clen cold turkey because i got sick and the pounding headaches bothered me. i ended dnp at day 8 so i didnt take any caps after day 8 midnight, but t3 continued, today i resumed clen 60mcg and tomorrow and the next 120mcg but thats it, i am out of them.

Don't get discouraged bro....you may very well still be holding water. If your sodium is coming back into balance, there may be a rebound effect where you end up holding more water post cycle......I have observed this in the past. Keep you diet clean and stick with the plan....you'll still be happy in time.

kemo, how did my sodium get out of balanced if i take in none? i never add salt, i dont even eat tuna because of the salt, the only sodium i got was from oats, chicken breasts, egg whites, and flaxseed oil, those are the only things i consumed. i feel like cheating now, im disappointed and im hungry and i dont have the guilt factor, i have the pissed factor. actually, this t3..from turkey, called tiromel, i think it sucks, it feels like t3 but doesnt do shit in my opinion, or just doesnt work as well as the brazillian cytomel i used before. i used to do 1-2 tabs ed of that in the off week of dnp and eat like crap and still look good. i would have fast food 1-2 times daily with never any bloat whatsoever. something is up. also, i used to look good on day 4 and i would get better, but i looked the same as day 1 off, actually, i looked better while on the 6th day of dnp where i should have looked like a balloon! dnp begins again friday, or i guess i might start my heavy test/fina/eq/arimidex stack and bulk clean and hope that i lean out on the fina as i put on muscle.
