Hello my friends. Just wanted to do an update. I have lost 20lb in 3 weeks on 400-600mg of DNP everyday. I had a few side effects I had not had before

WBC dropped down to .57 normal range 4.5-6
Tonsils swelled up (expect because it is a poison)
The weird one was cells dying. My lip swelled up like I got punched in the face. Then the area turned black until it eventually just fail off. Now I got a hole in my lip. I’ve never had this side effect before.

Other than that Temp between 98-103 varied depending on carb intake.

That is one of the most appalling reviews I have read. I can't tell by the tone of your message if you are happy with the results. If you are, get your head checked. If you are not please help others avoid what you did to your body and potential consequences.

Wtf is 20lbs of weight loss that hard and is it worth your lips falling off?

Your immune system is probably, absolutely fucked. You have a lower WBC of an infant and your bone marrow is trashed. If this is normal for people taking DNP then holy shit it's reckless. What happens if you get the flu with a WBC that low? Or walking pneumonia? I'd bet something very serious or fatal.

You take on an empty stomach by chance? It can make some people very nauseous on an empty stomach... Doesn't bother me personally, but multivitamins on an empty stomach do. Go figure.

Nah bro, I had food in me and an adequate amount of water cuz I know you gotta stay hydrated on it. I threw up lots of water. It’s the only PED “besides tren” that caused me to tap out

Yeah not that much info out there, on it about it seems like the few that have used it, keep as a staple when cutting. I know I was intrigued by it, but I am always intrigued by the unknown. That way I go into using something with an open mind

No need for that kind of language Eman. I just posted an abnormality that happened. I’ve ran DNP multiple times without any of these adverse effect. As for the allergy perhaps. I did take the proper precautions for it. However I’ve learned in the medical field that doesn’t always work.

I stopped the day my temp went past 102. The cells dying happened 3 days after stopping the DNP. I am not using bro science with all respect.

It might be appalling but it’s is valuable information that should be passed on imo @movingiron88. At least as a HCP that’s my view on it. Happy with the results...No. I’ve lost the same amount of weight with none of these adverse effects and naturally. My lip did not fall off... perhaps I can give a better description. The bottom lip, left corner first swelled, turning red. Then I would say about maybe 2-3mm in diameter and a depth less than 1mm turned black until it eventually became dislodged. No pain or anything like that. No scar or any visible sign of damage on the lip.

I do take pride on being a vet on this board. Thus the reason I posted this information. I didn’t ask for help or input. Just wanted to provide useful information.

I got blood work done again and my WBC is back to 3.9 almost within range. There is information on DNP were it has been found to lower WBC. I thought that was common knowledge if you are taking DNP.

Honestly I haven’t seen anyone really get blood work done while on DNP. I am waiting on a few things before I post them on here. I take pride in the medical field and went a step further, by getting that tissue that dislodged from my lab sent for testing.

My post maybe appalling but I can at least say it won’t be bro science. I will always do my best to go about it in a medical perspective.

I couldn't believe what I was reading...it read as if you haven't recovered from the shock. Its a frightening account!! I'm about to go over it for the 4th or 5th time and wish I never read it at all!
You going along writing with your usual measured cadence when you are faced with reliving the horror, and doing so with more bravery than I could hope to muster, when your senses are overwhelmed. Your brain hits a mental speed bump..a kind of short circuiting in the pulses....your fighting to stay strong when without being aware of it, you black out in your bodies way of dealing with this trauma.
I think what disturbs me is when in what has to be your fighting to stay conscious you butcher the description and aren't aware of it because its to much to handle all over again.

Staring down Necrosis and trying not to waver when part of your identity falls into the sink as you scramble to keep part of YOU from going down the drain. A more terrifying story teller we'd not be able to find. The terror resonated and I don't have plans on turning the lights out anytime with what's surely going to be a sleepless night.
I almost wanna start a go fund me page. More importantly, is there someone with you tonight and every night in the foreseeable future.....I don't want you to be alone.

I would be lying if I said “I wasn’t afraid” when this started to happen. Nothing I could do, I had been off the DNP for 3 days by then. It all happened within 36 hours. I honestly thought I was going to have a scar where the necrosis tissue fail off but as of now there is no evidence of this even happening. My lip looks perfectly normal now.

I am curious to know why this happened. Seems to me that I need to do more research on DNP. Also I forgot to mention that my creatinine levels were also elevated but nothing major. They are also back within range.

I hope this information helps others in the future.

1g!!!! You are a brave soul my friend. I stopped before my lip turned black. I stopped once my body temp went above 102. The necrosis happened 3 days after stopping the DNP.
