Does Clenbuterol live up to the hype?

As the title says, does it live it up to the hype that you get shredded like cheddar?

Also, any tips on how to run it more smoothly?

may i suggest you look into salbutamol as a viable alternative? i found it to be far more agreeable on my body. plenty of info available also known as albuterol

Your whole body shakes. Just trying to hold still is impossible. Handwriting goes to shit
Oh yes not to mention nausea if you accidentally take too much. Once took 140mcg rather than 60 because I used a 3ml syringe to draw some liquid clen and managed to misread the damn scale on the syringe. Holy shakes Batman!

From what I've read online at least it sounds like it's a long standing favorite among competitive bodybuilders and other physique athletes during contest preparation

I wouldn't dispute that it has been used by competitive bodybuilders for a long time... However, between the sides and pretty mediocre side effects, I don't find it very worthwhile... Especially for an amateur just looking for a better beach body. If you're competing and need help freeing up the last little bit of fat before a contest then that's one thing.

Personally, I wouldn't even consider it until you're in the sub 10% bf range.

I've actually read that article, I just asked about clen because at the first paragraph it says that's it's more hardcore or something

Fun fact, I didn't go the the beach even once this year, I just think time is of the essence and I'd like to speed up the process

Been playing around with it and it definitely gives a thermal effect when I eat carbs but that happened normally for me... nothing to great.

Cramps are annoying as fuck in forearms even at 30 mcg. Which is the highest I went. Definitely not something I’d recommend. Wasn’t to special imo.

I wasn't singling you out with the beach body comment, I was just making a general comment that I don't think it's worthwhile unless you have a competition.

Give it a whirl and see what you think... Just don't get your hopes up.

Then what's all that hype about?

Clen is a fat loss tool same as Ephedrine, Albuterol, caffeine, GH, T3 and so on. If you have the right set up between training, diet and PEDs it has it's place and can help.

To answer your initial question; none of those tools are a game changer by themselves and most won't do anything but make you miserable and possibly cause health issues from overuse/abuse if you eat like shit and barely train.

Unfortunately, most use clen and the other tools as a substitution for the proper set up and putting in the work so they use way more than they should for longer than they should.

This right here!
Nutrition should the basis for every cut.
