Does GH let you get away with less sleep?

So the merits of GH sleep are widely spoken about. Hell, I'd take HGH for the restorative night's rest it gives me alone; the quality of sleep is unmatched.

Though from a productivity point of view I'm curious - does anyone find that GH lets them get away with less time in bed? As it's not something I've tested or put into data, but if HGH lets you feel restored off of 6hrs sleep vs 7.5-8, that's an extra 90 minutes to your day, and makes me wonder if you could push that further

Are there any peptides or substances that enable you to run on a shorter sleep-envelope? And not talking stimulants

RhGh is proven to increase slow wave aka deep sleep, so you’d think it would be more efficient. DSIP too in theory/by name, but I haven’t noticed much from it myself.

Big if true. I only get 6 hours of sleep with the new baby the past few months. I do notice deeper sleep when using rHGH but I still have to try and nap during my lunch break to not be dead at work. I wonder if it would be even worse or I'd get less muscle growth or weight loss without it

Definitely, on GH i can sleep 7 hours and feel amazing, whereas previously, i needed at least 8-8.5 hours to feel the same way.

No way.. GH before bed helps the recovery and muscle building process. Wanna get as much sleep as possible so that process keeps going

I definitely feel more rested and physically refreshed on a regular basis taking 5ius even if my sleep is slightly less than ideal.

If my sleep is wayyy out of wack which happens on rare occasions no amount of GH digs me out of that hole.

For me it is value added to a good 7-8 hours but has no real positive effect on 6< or poor restless sleep.

Also, just in general, creatine is a god send for the sleep deprived among us
YouTube just recommended me a video earlier today where the guy was talking about mega dosing creatine for this purpose. He said he usually takes 10g a day but if he knows sleep is gonna be jacked up from flying or traveling he bumps to 20g and it helps immensely. That was the first time I heard of it and now you mention it again on the same day. Lol. I knew melatonin was good for jet lag but I never heard of creatine being good for lack of sleep. I need to try it. My sleep has been shit since the baby was born
