Does HGH affect test levels?

If I were to take 2iu HGH per day, will that affect my test levels at all?

I am on legit TRT so will be having bloods taken to dial it in, will this be an issue?

Everyone is different. It did for me . Increased my levels .
Any idea by how much? I think i'll manipulate my TRT dosage, eg if I am prescribed 100mg/week i'll only inject 70-80 to cover the possibility and/or so I get a higher prescription. ;)

I could see it affect natty test levels through some mechanism but why would HGH affects your levels if you are using exogenous testosterone?

No. Testosterone changes were observed neither in healthy men (12 iU per day) [1] nor men administered 30iU per day in a clinical setting during nutritional repletion [2].

total bs I changed nothing (same mg test)and took 2iu and it increased my levels over 300 pts. Look it up again.
Whatever you're using is not hGH then. Something that affects the HPGA axis (usually hCG, could be triptorelin- probably not this as dosage would shut you down over a low amount, any number of compounds.... but not rhGH)

Either diurnal variation of testosterone or counterfeit product. In my original response I was assuming you knew how to interpret testosterone levels.
