-light and easy today. Nothing too taxing, except the back pumps I get from high rep DLs

Quick, decent session today. Actually had some energy (probably because I went out las night and ate a fuck ton of nachos..oops)

Back to back 16 hr days this week, while maintaining a steady deficit, had me out of the gym since my session on Wednesday. I fucked up an pigged out on subway the other day...I had a 12 inch with extra veg / chicken that I split up between 2 meals, but my wife got sick and didn’t eat a bite of hers and I couldn’t let it go to waste... god damnit. Oh well. Back on track now.

also picked up this Viking Press handle for land mine presses. When I’m done cutting, pressing is going to be a major focus, I’m gonna have to reschedule my workouts. Maybe only 1 lower day a week and add another upper. I’m not sure exactly what I’ll do.

-Nothing much to add today. My strength doesn’t seem to have gone down too much. Depending on the day, it’s mostly just an energy thing.

Comp Bench / SLINGSHOT bench

135 x10

185 x10

225 x6

275 2x3 - SLINGSHOT

305 3x4 -SLINGSHOT

Inc DB Press

90 x5

60 x12

V bar push down

100 x15, 14, 12

Cable Fly

60 x10

50 2x10

weighed in at 266 today - 44lbs down since September. Admittedly, 1500 cals has been hard to stay consistent. I sit mostly around 1800-2000 right now. It’s basically from my second protein shake.

Bench / OHP

Viking Press

70 x10

135 2x10

180 3x6

-It’s just an experiment at the moment, but I’m pretty confident that the Viking press is going to help all of my pressing, overhead mostly...The amount of weight + volume I’m able to do, even when I’m not at full strength, is pretty astounding.

High inc DB Press

65 3x10

Flat Bench

230 x8

240 x6

245 x5

-I was warmed up by this point, and somebody was already on the bench, so I just worked in with the numbers he was using. I planned on staying around 210 and do some volume, but ah well. It all worked out.

Cable curl

80 3x15

-The dude that I was working in with was probably in his 40-50’s, doing singles...which is cool. But he was one of those gym talkers with the stories... Saying how he benched 615 and pulled 950 in a push pull comp and played 8 seasons of semi pro football AFTER having a knee replacement for being blown up in Afghanistan in 2003... lol. Like damn bro, save some testosterone for the rest of us.

Has anyone ever used one of these? I was looking for a small treadmill to be able to do farmer’s carries and things like that inside, when I came across this.. I watched a few videos and it seems if you hook up some bands around your waist, the benefits are nearly the same.

Hows the diet treating you?
How long have you been on the EQ, that good stuff kicking in yet?
I’m coming up on 8 weeks. So it’s about to hit full force. I’m down 8-12 lbs, depending on the time of day, but the body fat has dropped considerably. I feel I’m still recomping more than just losing fat..which is weird, because I almost never go above 2k cals.

at this pace, I should be around 240 by the end of April. I’m just starting to add weekend fasting this Saturday

I'd assume you're right.
that Tren/EQ stack is going to really take care of the Nutrient partitioning and help grow in a deficit.

I wouldnt be surprised if you were adding muscle mass in your deficit.

Makes me REALLY want to try that stack lol

The only thing that sucks is the hunger from the EQ, lol. It makes me wanna shove shit in my mouth.

Love the hunger gains,
You should try DHB
It's a Bold derivative.
Right now my appetite is starting to go down, seems like a good recomp compound.
I’ll have to look into it for the next blast. I know one thing though, I’m definitely gonna use this setup for a bulk. Probably add some Dbol though.

-Started my first weekend of fasting today.

-I’m still in the middle of messing with my program, adding more pressing, etc. I’m leaning more toward powerbuilding right now until after my vacation in August...Then I’ll be looking to hit some bigger numbers @ 242

NEver seen that. I’d personally rather run hills or something in actual sand. Could be useful , who knows

I love a good bulk.

Eat like a monster and love life lol
I think there’s a limit on that too.
