Don’t call it a comeback

I got stuck at mid 400's a few months and then later stuck at mid 500's for months. Strangely 500lbs and 600lbs came pretty easily once blasting past mid 400's and mid 500's. Then I was stuck at low 600's for years and when I finally got it moving I hit 650lbs within a couple months and then 675lbs a couple months after that. Then got stuck again for another year before hitting 700lbs.
Yeah man, before I got injured I was stuck at 525ish for about a year... the. ~5 months after coming back, I hit 600. It’s just weird how certain stimulus will force that growth, even if we don’t “feel” it.
 
-Eating 1500-1800 Cals at the moment. I’ll be fasting tuesday-Thursday. Started on Tren and EQ today. Have some clen from a while ago that I may throw in at the end of the cut, just to get rid of it.

-Side note: I was hovering between 275-280 for a while, I got under 275 yesterday. I started at 310, when I came home from being OTR. My goal weight is about 240 depending on my BF%...then try to just recomp from there.

I kept it super light and lower volume, so we’ll see how recovery goes. Since this is my first actual cut, I’m open to all suggestions and tips.
 
I think you’re on the right track. The energy/recovery wont be there like it was with calories so low. Manage your training and you’ll be fine
 
Calories seem extremely low, doesn't really give you room to go lower. I like to start mine just slightly under maintenance and reduce them gradually as the weeks go on.
This^, i used to throw everything at a cut and stall and have no where else to go to get out of the plateau. Now start at 500 less and keep dropping that number as it slows either by less food or more cardio, then start to add other supps to keep it going.

This is true. I’m only doing this for 8 weeks. I’m following what @Ohiopower did. I was sitting at 2500-2800 cals before this, sometimes I’d hit 3k if I carbed up too much.

Between the fasting and low cals, I should be able to hit my goal weight within 8 weeks and then start eating at maintenance.
 
definitely feeling an energy decrease today. Strength isn’t terrible, but still keeping everything between 50-70%.

That would be awesome. The closest I’ve found to that is putting my feet on the outter edges with my toes off. That’s actually how I usually do the movement, because I feel it has better cross over for my DL. Went close stance today just to get some quad work in

Lack of sleep = shit lifts for me. I even feel shitty just waking up and existing on less than 6 hours lol
 
I’m used to it, unfortunately. But that doesn’t meant workouts don’t suffer. That’s the worst part.
When I'm only on like 5-6 hours of sleep, or less, I find I do things at work and surprise myself because I'm just on autopilot 99% of the time.

It's even better when I don't think I'm done large tasks but when I look back over I'm shocked it's already done. Thankfully none of this happens when driving or doing anything risky but it does entertain me throughout the day.

I’m the same way if I go too long without sleeping, haha. It was really bad when I was driving over the road—I’d drive 100-200 miles and not even notice, just being zoned out and listening to YT or podcasts.

What's actually kind of scary as far as trucking goes is I remember reading trucker AMA's on reddit a few years ago and it was often talked about skipping entire towns without even realizing it or doing things like filling up gas. Just bizarre lol

I too used to long haul, and have zoned oit many times. I have some good stories on things I have see or heard lol...

I'm usually on the road around 3 AM and I've passed fields where I swear I've seen people dressed in black cross the road and walk into cornfields but there's absolutely nothing around and I never stop to actually get a better look. Fuck that.
