I was talking to a friend who owns a Chinese buffet (I know—I’m fat), and she said she’s probably gonna have to close because of rent not being paid, staff, fresh inventory going bad, etc. she said they’ve had as much business in a week that they usually have in a day.It's gonna kill some of these small businesses they're forcing to close. Plus all those employees they're putting out of work. I've never seen anything like this.

But if you're ordering that much stuff probably better off getting the reward points if they do that. I can't remember if they do.

mice never belt squared though...does it have good carry over?
I’ll have to look more into it. This is all just a rough throw together anyway.It absolutely does have awesome carryover to sumo. Not really sure about conventional. Maybe a narrow stance belt squat might carryover to conventional, I really don't know. The start of a conventional pull is quite a bit different though.

If that’s true, it would be a perfect accessory movement, because that’s always my weak point.If it did to me it seems like it would benefit the middle of a conventional pull. Like after you break the floor until a little before you start to lock it out. Totally theoretical.
