Dam the pumps are getting real nice. Just had a week deload and dam. My lifts are so good right now. Geeting a really nice pump. Increased calories and prepping my meals. 3 weeks into the

6 iu hgh ed now.

added 50 mg tren A 4 x a week.

weigh 224 lbs. gained 4 lbs in 3 weeks.

If i had properly dosed hgh I would only be running it at 4 iu. I am going to run the last 4 vials I have at 6 iu. Then order some hgh thats been tested by a reputable place. See what i feel differently.

Im curious to see how higher doses hgh affects the physique so im trying it

Ive got enough to do 100 days at 8iu and then if i like what i see i will place another order for another 100 days worth

They only think its alot because of the price involved. But there are very reliable cheap hgh out right now. That works good.
 
I am still not gaining shit. 220 lbs. eating a lot. I just cannot gain anymore lbs. I think I have been on cycle for too long, or expelling to much calories all day. I do seem bigger but not in the scale. I need to gain some weight. Maybe adding more compounds. Slin sounds good but it is just not at the same time, to risky. I may just start downing cinnamon buns.

No, more food. More gear does jack squat without food.
 
Now that you’ve been eating more nutrient-dense food, add in small low-volume foods. Like muffins, cereal, nut butters, maybe a glass of milk or juice with every meal. Honey, bbq sauce, ketchup. Maybe even high calories shakes/smoothies a couple times every day. Or a good quality gainer a couple times with meals. Just an idea as I don’t have problems gaining weight and have never been in your position.
 
I eat 3 prepped meals now of 8 oz chicken in each meal, 1 cup rice or pasta equivalant, and peas. Then 2, 12 in pancakes for bfast. Then I eat a dinner of something like Burger or burrito. This is not enough to gain for me. I need more. The scale has not budged. And a big bowl of cereal. I actually lost 2 pounds.

I am going to try again and up the food. Not even caring if I start eating shit. Desserts glore.

It is 3500 around. How the fuck do I need more. Its retarted. I will go to grocery store tomorrow, and make sure I do this. Its really hard to do ED. I can do it 5 of the 6 days a week but I always miss 1 from being to busy.

Wheree I eat only 2000
