Yaa life can get in the way at times. Idk though. I love eating so it’s not tough to talk myself into cooking it I end up running out of food. I’ll try and prep for 7 days once a week but sometimes run out and just cook more. If you’re real busy you could keep cans of tuna in the pantry and bread in the freezer for a tuna sandwhich on the run when needed
 
Shit. I cant do it.
So far today I ate

2, 12 in pancakes
2 cups of chilli with a ton of cheese
Rice, peas, and chicken 30 gram protein
Snapple, pre workout.

i have lost 5 lbs since last posting, here.

i am just not fucking hungry at all!
 
Maybe I should not workout so much and eat more? Instead of 6 days a week only lift 5 days a week. So i dont burn so much calories?
 
Its officially time for a cruise. I am dropping all compounds for 6 weeks. And letting my body get back. I have been on for basically 6 months.

i am cruising now at 200 mg of test. For 6-8 weeks to take a break. I am not gaining any more at all.

so for me I have been 220 hit 230 and went back to 220.

deca was the compound that helped me bulk the most.

my bloodwork is still almost perfect.

I am clearly more muscular then I was and less body fat but still weight 220 lbs.

i was 15 percent bf at 220 and now 12 percent bf at 220.


I want to be 230-240 lbs at 14-15 percent

All my lifts have gone up sooo much. My deadlift went up 100 lbs from 315 to 415.

That aerobic exercise helps lower it. It is beneficial to build muscle include cardio in your regimen.

I am just not hungry. I dont want to lose weight! Ugh!

Personally, I would start with taking a week off and chill with ALL the drugs. Every drug we take our body needs to counter it, let your body and mind rest for a bit. You seem stressed.

Let your body rest, keep doing cardio and focus a lot more on your yoga and yes this sound silly but your stress levels are very important.
Try the Wim Hof method(at least the breathing, you can do the cold too) for a week instead of the weights. Take a week of being here on Meso as well. :)

It really sounds like you need a break.

I really hope you aren't touching any orals currently with your elevated liver values?!

Give yourself a week's rest! Mentally too, don't think about building muscle or anything. No protein shakes, no injections, nothing for a week. Not even your TRT shot, it can wait nothing will happen.

Yes I know nothing will happen if I take some time off like a week or two. Its worth it. I will do this. But should I still eat at maintenance?
