UK raids uncover suspected suppliers of deadly diet drug

A series of raids in northern England has uncovered an operation suspected of selling a deadly fat-burning chemical used by bodybuilders that has killed eight young people in Britain in the last two years.

Around 11 kilos of the chemical 2,4-dinitrophenol, known as DNP, was found last month at premises in Wigton, Cumbria, alongside other legal supplements and equipment that could be used for making tablets.

The premises are believed to be used by a company called Enhanced Athlete Europe, set up by a flamboyant ex-lawyer turned bodybuilding star who calls himself Dr Huge and has his own YouTube channel on which he extols the virtues of “the world’s most dangerous fat loss drug”.

He is off EVERYTHING right now. Not even TRT. He is trying to become fertile or testing his testicles performance OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. He been off the juice for about a month. You can tell in his face that he is shut down, he lost some volume on his face do to hormonal depletion and his face looks leaner.

GET BACK ON THE JUICE TONY :)

I think he is running growth and non suppressive stuff tho

Yeah dude but millions and millions of people take Tylenol and drink alcohol.

DNP is litterally killing people, at an alarming ratio.

Same reason you shouldn't take phen/fen.

Bc people don't know how to take DNP in a way that minimizes the risk. Plus, most DNP related deaths are from people who worked with it and were exposed chronically or intentional overdoses.

I get it, there is a risk vs reward.

My thing is, if the risk is death I'm out. And I think that any sain person should feel the same way.

Espesiaclly when the same results can be accomplished with other drugs and hard work.

Keep in mind I am one skinny motherfucker though lol.

100000000 died from alcohol and Tylenol ... stfu
We're we talking about Tylenol tough guy?? I think not. So go fuk yourself. No shit more people die from other crap then dnp. Did I state more people die from dnp then Tylenol?? Nope. Your reading comprehension blows. I simply stated a reply to a members post. Sorry your such a sensitive pussy. Oh yeah. Did I tell you to go fuk yourself.

I will agree that when researching it most(not all), seemed to be individuals taking to much. Unfortunately they also had mislabeled amounts from some manufacturers of it. But I love you Doc and know your responsible. And we both know where each other stands on the issue. I thought the asshole comparing it to Tylenol was a bit of a reach though. And yes Doc half were from exposure.

Not yet bud. Maybe December they said. Man that fuk face pissed me off. No shit more people die from Tylenol. Congratulations captain dumb ass.
Litterally if I had a dollar for every time someone told me how many people die from alcohol.

It's like as soon as someone tries to do anything stupid they tell me how many people die from alcohol, and that's their reasoning.

I know you swear by this stuff and I have no doubt that YOU probably won't die over it.
But others will. And other ARE dying.
And it sucks man, I don't think it needs to happen.
And dr huge is advocating it and shilling his own product so in my opinion he is reasponsible for those deaths.

Mitochondrial uncoupling in the melanocortin system differentially regulates NPY and POMC neurons to promote weight-loss. - PubMed - NCBI
Those who are capable of understanding that paper will, hopefully, see the mindset researchers have when it comes to DNP. And having spoken to a fair few of them (not the folks who published that particular paper), I can say that they are not worried about the risks, they are worried about the mindset of desperate dieters that the drug attracts :)

The stats show that the risk of death from DNP is 0.008%. If you understand the MOA at play, you'll also know that simply "eating less" isn't going to create the same effect. Neither are other drugs.

I understand not being a fan of the drug, valid position to adopt, but the idea that you have to be insane to use it...when it's pretty much a necessity for optimal fat loss..just doesn't pass IME.

And to that point I'd agree with you. But like you stated. Those who are not educated about it's dangers, or those popping them like hydroxycut are the ones at risk. I'm not saying it can't be run responsibly. I'm saying 99% of people should stay away from it because they fail to understand just how serious a overdose can be. And if they do overdose it's probably to late. To each their own. Just not my thing.
