Nah, you did fine. The website may not have instantaneous updates. Give it a little time (consider that he is in China) and if there's no update, tag him here or use his Wickr to get an update.

Quick TD's are great, no doubt...as long as the products are up to snuff. Do you have any experience running DO?
I personally do not, so I can't say anything regarding that. But what I do have experience with is getting what I ordered much quicker than expected, superb communication, yet total shit products.
Any information on the actual quality of DO's products from your personal experience...blood tests, long term usage that would speak to what really counts here?
We are all genuinely most interested in that. I mean, feces can arrive in record time but in the end, that's all is. If it's a turd that showed up on my doorstep quickly I'm not getting too excited.

Ah, that's been so long ago that I'd have to dig into ancient emails and such but I know it happens too often. I can say that that who it was likely isn't around anymore or I'm unaware of a rebrand because I'm sure I'd recognize the name if I came across it.
Several years back and I'd like to think I've learned enough since then that the chances of it repeating for me are slim but hey, nothing is guaranteed there, that's for sure.
Hopefully I didn't jinx myself as I'm currently sitting on products from a couple vendors I've had a while that I have yet to try. We'll see.
