Early 40's and TRT did nothing for me...

Do
I don't understand why you made the decision to blast and cruise with no bloodwork or anything. Your natural test level could be 1000. If you want to get stronger train to get stronger. If you want to cut eat and train for a cut. Adding drugs isn't the only part of the equation

Because I reached my natural limit. I have been natural my whole life, and now at 41, I am seeing my strength fall backwards after 5 years of just staying the same. I want to see what I can achieve with gear. I want to get jacked. I participate in Pro Wrestling and need to stay competitive.

You are full of shit man.

What you describe is a fucking cycle not a trt.

Get blood work done, then come here for a proper trt advice if your doctor is not willing to help you out.

Your protocol is shit, your gear is shit, probably your life style is shit.

I was asking because he hasn’t even done something as simple as bloodwork. Then again, if it’s for low T, maybe that isn’t looked at as something of priority either.
If you tell the doctor it affects your quality of life, they will take a few readings of your testosterone, usually 3 separate occasions and early morning lab work, of it shows low test, they will check your thyroid and other hormonal functions, if it comes down to a legit case of trt, they will work with you on that.

Lengthy process, but you could always go private and speed things up, but if you are a cheap fuck like the OP, then you deserve what comes towards you.

He isn't doing it for TRT or quality of life... He wants to get jacked and lean and stronger.

I'm somewhat of a beginner when it comes to serious gains in the gym. I'm a tall thin guy and most of my life alls I did was cut to keep the fat off. However at the age of 38 I also decided I wanted to jacked, and the very first thing any of the BIG guys in the gym told me...Count your fuckin calories and get your diet in check for gains. Eat right, train right, and it WILL happen. If it's not you're doing something wrong, especially if your blasting with Test. Blood work is the way to go. Before I decided to go all in I got my T levels checked, and unbeknownst to me I had low T. I came in around 219ng/dL. I'm glad I did too because I would've had no idea where to even start with TEST without it. I know this is coming from a total neewb to the forum, but go get your levels checked man!!!

Spot on.

For estrogen control I used Letrozole.

Yikes, is this guy trolling or for real? Letro for 11 weeks? I have never seen Letro recommended for anything other than reversing gyno when nips first get sensitive or a lump appears. Letro is some potent shit. Asin and Adex are the go-to AI for estrogen control.

Have you read through the stickies? Tons of knowledge throughout this site on cycles, blast/cruise, and TRT.

"No, I never got tested or did blood work tests (most people don't)".

^^^ Actually most guys do get blood tested....your just shooting in the dark when you dont know where your natty testosterone levels are....o_O

I completely agree with that you must know your hormone levels ( test, e2 ) and do complete blood work often ( cholesterol? ?? ) blood pressure. .
After turning 40 the diet has to stric. You got chance with Meso to educate yourself, I wish back in the 90's we had Meso ( how many mistakes I made ) ...

I never used more than 300 a week, usually 150mg twice a week or every 3

This is not TRT this is a cycle !

TRT is about bring chronically low T levels up to normal.

This doesn’t look anything like that and I can’t see any blood values that support a TRT program - this is about getting jacked ( which is fine - but it’s not TRT )

A typical TRT starting point would be 1ml of Sustanon 250 every three weeks tweaked up / down by an endo after further bloods 12 weeks later with 99% of long term doses ranging between 1ml Sustanon 250 every 2-4 weeks ( swap other Test types as required- I just use Sus250 as example as it’s a established TRT product )

Your dose ( at 300mg a week ) is five about times a typical TRT dose

FYI - my last bloods when my TRT got increased in frequency from every three weeks to every two weeks (1ml Sus 250) was 1.67nmol/L

With all due respect this TRT is a thing of the past , twice a week minimum injections if not more is the norm now and best route used for trt . 125mgs to 200 mgs wk tops per individual needs .

I don't think we are debating TRT protocols more so than the fact that what the OP was claiming is TRT is more like a cycle. Yes the protocols have changed especially here in the US but I'm guessing he isn't in the US based on the fact that he is using Sustanon which To my knowledge isn't available here
