Eating clean?

I have completed a cycle consisting of 500mg enantate and 400mg eq for 12 weeks, and have been off for about 5 weeks now. I am bridging with 30mg e/d of anavar and will cycle again around mid April. Right now I am just trying to improve the quality of my muscle, while reducing my bodyfat to around 7-8%. Can anyone recommend a diet as far as what meals and placement goes, in order to eat clean, gain muscle while reducing my bodyfat. I posted my pics under the member pic section, so you can see what I mean. I want this diet to be maintained through the summer including through my next test/eq cycle. Any sample diets will be greatly appreciated.

I've done this one twice and like it alot. bodyweight x 15 for total cals. 40/40/20 6 equal meals per day. then every 2 weeks decrease your cals. by 200 cals in carbs only, do this every 2 weeks. after week 5 have a carb loading day once a week and increase by 1000 cals this will keep muscles full looking. do this for about 12 weeks or 15 for a show. Cardio 3x week 30 min. and increase though out the 12 weeks as needed up to 5 days per week. I wouldn't go over 45 min as that will cut into mass. clean diet. no bread after 2 weeks no sugar, no junk. good protein, conplex carbs, and good fat......11
