Email Ordering Etiquette?

I’m looking to put in a US domestic order for the first time with a reputable vendor who’s provided their email on this site. As this will be my first time doing this, I was wondering if y’all had any tips on how to go about this process properly? From what I’ve read so far it’s important to use a secure email like proton to contact the seller and eventually ideally buy through crypto. What should my first email to them look like or does it vary by vendor?

The address and name is the lower blacked out box

You can just include your shipping address in the first email too but I prefer to wait until I am sure the order is going to be placed. If they screw me around in their response or just don't have the product I want, then I don't need or want them to have the address...

Use a VPN, use an encrypted email, and follow the sources instructions on how to lay out an order. Most sources specify how to lay out the email, timeframe for payment, payment options, etc. These instructions are generally laid out on their price list. Some crypto coins are volatile so try and buy them and send them immediately.

They may post that they only accept orders from certain types of secure email such as Proton. Don't be that guy that emails them from Gmail when they clearly state to only use Proton.
