Waiting on gear from domestic ugl, received his gear before no problem...today, pink slip from post office, says they have my priority express mail package...I can go tomorrow and pick up. Normally I don't have to sign for these packages??? Anybody ever went through this?? ?!

I get that all the time, but I request they hold all my packages for pick up. If worried about it, pick it up, play dumb like don't know what it is, don't open til home, then write wrong address return to sender on it and leave it sit on counter for a week or two. If fuzz shows up you have deniability

Deniability doesn't matter much. Possession is possession. Once you sign for it you own it. Not saying this is a LE trap, it could just be luck of the draw type thing, but anytime you sign for a package you are in possession of it regardless of if you know what it's contents are or not.

I would contact your source first and make sure they did not send it where it needed a signature. If you want to pick it up just make sure you remove any items from your house just in case.

I contacted the source-says he doesn't recognize name on package?? I am waiting for 2nd message feedback from source. Fucking weird!!! I don't know whats up with this package??I appreciate your suggestions and feedback...I kind of feel trapped,don't go get it:look suspicious, get other deliveries flagged. ...or get it and roll the dice with my freedom.... FUCK!!! I will probably go get it after i clean my house and play real dumb!! Or get it, walk out all cool and go blast 125mgs of test susp. And feel the burn.. ..i will be in touch hopefully

I'd walk. Get a PO box in the future man. Add a fake name as the acceptable recipients, and have it shipped to that name from here on out.

Be careful man. Source should recognize the name unless hes not shipping himself.

If hes not requiring signature, request a redelivery and tell them to leave it at your front door.

Still leaves the option for a tracking beaker based controlled delivery, but you should be ok. If they try and get you to sign and you know your source didnt request signature - get the fuck away

PO box is also advantageous if they've now flagged your address. I get a ton of Cuban cigars sent to me to internationally, and once they pull a pack, they pull every pack.

Time to get a new addy when that happens. The best way is a PO box.

Good luck having a prosecutor prove that in many drug cases....it happens. They don't have to prove you knew what was in the package. You took ownership of a controlled substance simply by signing the form.

References: I've had friends arrested and charged for possession while driving someone else's car. Similar arguments were made, it's not our car we didn't know what was in it. In the end It mattered nil in 3 separate cases. Also my cousin's husband happens to be a police officer and on my other board we have a USPS employee.

I'm not saying don't pick it up, I'm saying it doesn't matter what you do after you sign the dotted line if it's a setup.

Not really looking for an argument here but the car is a completely different situation you kind of know what the fuck is in a car that you're driving. You don't have any plausible deniability in saying you didn't know there were drugs in the car you were driving it is kind of your responsibility to know that your car is not full of drugs. Not to mention they probably smell the weed therefore you probably could've smelled it too.

Generally speaking the best they can do is get a warrant to search your house and see if they can connect that package with something else in your house to prove that it is very likely you knew what you were doing when you order that package. That means they will look for money orders Internet history on your computer anything they can do to connect you to that illegal drug.

How can they charge you if after you sign it, you dont open it, write 'return to sender' on it, and then proceed to tell them when they kick your door in that you didnt recognize the shipper? Generally speaking they can and probably will arrest your ass if they were trying to, but the prosecution has a big uphill battle for any charge to stick.

Most likely they will have a conditional search warrant ready to go for when you're in hand cuffs, once you accepted possession they are now able to search your vehicle and house

I am not sure how that works with storage units, but i can only assume the same.

I don't even know how it would work with roommates, say the package is in my name, do they get to search my roommates room and car etc? Interesting questions that I'm not sure i want the answer to , cuz that would mean I'm likely in cuffs lol

Yeh so if you accepted possession of aas and they found sryringes at your house they would probs use that in court if you pleaded not guilty I would think? Not sure?

But you can't clean your computer completely can you? I mean they will have experts that can dig up the history on them from when you bought it I would think?
