nope brother im in the euCan you do PrivateMDLabs.com where you are at?

I don't disagree, but a caliper basically costs nothing per measurement, whereas a Dexa will cost quite a bit each time. Same goes for a tape to measure my waist. If waist circumference is constant, and my caliper measurement on belly button is - chances are my BF is also constant. I don't really care if I am off by 2% in that case.calipers are good for "trends" , but vary alot, calipers "assume a fixed relationship between sub q fat and visceral fat (which varies by age,sex and genetics) And is less accurate in very lean or obese individuals, Operator skill etc, alot of factors to play with using calipers , quality of calipers, also, Get a Dexa and be rid of all suspected bf % measurements..
240 pounds at 6'5" and asking noobie questions = fatI wouldn't call myself fat. As noted in my first post (which it appears you didn't read) I have visible upper abs but have not done a dexa recently since I've been spending a lot of money on labwork.
Interesting how instead of asking if I was fat and being helpful, you matter-of-factly said "its because you are fat".
You then assume that even if I were fat I probably would add more compounds instead of losing weight (even had someone been kind enough to offer helpful advice).
Everything ok with you? You sound angry...
You should look into what is causing this and get some help whether it's drugs or some mental issue. I'm happy to support you in any way I can.
imagine thinking height+weight= full body analysis. "GENIUS stuff"240 pounds at 6'5" and asking noobie questions = fat
I'm not sure why you think someone cannot be tall & muscular and at the same time be new to this. It's the response of someone who seems to have trouble with even the simplest level of critical thinking.240 pounds at 6'5" and asking noobie questions = fat
Have you noticed any reduction in how much ai you have to take? Even with the long ester, EQ is 90% saturated within 2 weeks, and the ai effect typically already shows up by then.Ok I'm 3 weeks in and I decided to not to go up to 350 test as I originally proposed. I was running 300 test in August and I already had to take aromasin. I also decided to increase the EQ to see if I can drop the aromasin.
So I've done three weeks of 300 test and 540 EQ (weird EQ number I know its just how my 6 days a week pin schedule works for me). If I have to drop the test to 250 to control estrogen I'll do that but hopefully the 540 EQ handles that.
Not adding in any NPP or Mast at this point because I want the labs to show results of just the impact of EQ since I've never ran it before.
Not adding in anything else has been difficult because being three weeks in I'm not really feeling any different with the EQ and have been super tempted from the start to add tbol or anavar for the first 4-8 weeks but I'm holding strong lol.
Ok I feel like this is just trolling at this point.240 pounds at 6'5" and asking noobie questions = fat
No reduction in ai yet. In fact a couple days I had to take 25mg aromasin instead of the 12.5mg I've been on since bumping up my test.Have you noticed any reduction in how much ai you have to take? I’m still waiting on the sensitive estrogen test to come back but I dialed in my test/primo dose by feels. No reduction in ai yet. In fact a couple days I had to take 25mg aromasin instead of the 12.5mg I've been on since bumping up my test.
I don't get spicy nips like other guys say they do, I get an itchy chest, right at my sternum.
Week 1 was 300 test / 350 eq, week 2 was 300/500, week 3 was 300/600 and I'm in the middle of week 4 at 300/600. My plan is to stick with the 300/600 though week 16 but maybe add in NPP at week 8 or 10 or 12 depending on how I'm feeling.
Just feeling like doing something pointless and dumb, or is there a deeper reason?I wonder if I could start adding in some EQ now just to see how I get along with it?
Anyone else run EQ and Primo together?
I mean it might be pointless and dumb but I am planning to swap primo for EQ on my next cycle but thinking it might be good to do a small test to see how I tolerate first since I’ve never used it.Just feeling like doing something pointless and dumb, or is there a deeper reason?
Not dumb to try instead of primo. Fairly redundant and potentially E2 destroying to use together.I mean it might be pointless and dumb but I am planning to swap primo for EQ on my next cycle but thinking it might be good to do a small test to see how I tolerate first since I’ve never used it.
Is that dumb? That’s why flesh out ideas here where people can tell us we are being dumb

defiently. It’s pretty rare from what I’ve seen, but it sounds like you might be one of the people that doesn’t get the ai effect from EQ, but the only way to know for sure is to get bloodwork. How long does it typically take for primo to start controlling your e2?
npp acts on progesterone receptors which makes your estradiol receptors more sensitive. so even if you have the same e2 level from adding npp estrogen effects can become even worseplan is to stick with the 300/600 though week 16 but maybe add in NPP at week 8 or 10 or 12 depending on how I'm feeling
