Estrogen flow-chart

Crazy idea struck me so I had to ask. Does anyone know of a flow-chart to easily keep an eye on estrogen sides?

I know to watch out for nipple sensitivity and libido issues, but would be nice to just have a spreadsheet or something with my stash to easily keep an eye on those small things we seem to forget quickly.

I will be getting bloods done of course, just looking for a way to quickly guesstimate if it is getting a little high/low, considering some of the symptoms are the same.

You can't guesstimate estradiol levels. At best, you might be able to identify signs and symptoms of being severely out of range.
Stick to blood tests.

Blood work is the best way to stay on too of things. Using an AI and or a serm you have nothing to be concerned about. You understand the signs of high e2 levels. You don't need a chart.

Symptoms won't be a reliable indicator of Estrogen level
1 Studies show high Estrogen INITIALLY feels good. I wish I could find the study where men were given Estradiol tabs and they got BETTER, not worse erections at first.
2 Itchy nips may not happen until it too late.

Testosterone mostly converts to Estradiol which can be monitored by blood tests.
Other steroids like Dianabol, MENT, Deca and Equipoise to a lesser degree converts to Estrogenic derivatives not spotted in blood work.
So it's a guesstimation task
And add some SERM like Tamoxifen to try to block the excess Estrogen from activating breast tissue.
